Great location in town, easy walk to local shops and restaurants. Small space but cozy and clean, had everything we needed as a father and son. The outside space is very nice and comfortable. The bike wash was much appreciated as we were there for the Moab Bike Fondo. I would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautiful inside and out. Very clean, had everything we needed and felt safe. We were able to walk the whole town from the location. Cassidi communicated with us when necessary and answered super quick when we reached out our last day. We would totally stay here again. If you’re coming to visit Arches and Canyonlands I would recommend staying here.

Had a really wonderful time here! The location is great — not just near Arches, but also great hiking and views down Route 279 and towards Lion Park — and the tiny house was really nice. The kitchen in particular was super well-furnished, and I enjoyed the hot tub several times! Cass always responded quickly. Pro tip: if you need postcard stamps outside of USPS hours, the bookstore sells them as well!

Everything looked just like the pictures. We had no issues with noise and the windows all had blinds and/or darkening tint screens to prevent light in the morning. We would definitely recommend for the price and location!

This is an adorable place and the outdoor area is so cute. It is very near to all the main street restaurants. Communication with the host was great. Although there is a king bed and two bunks in the room, guests should know that there is not a chair for sitting and watching television. There is a microwave and a stovetop, but no toaster. The lighting in the bathroom was really good, which is a plus for an airbnb.

The Airbnb is exactly as described -everything you need to prepare small meals in the kitchen, thoughtful decoration, super clean, comfortable mattress and linens. Great find ! Thank you Cassidi!

Clean and super cute with a well-maintained outdoor space, complete with BBQ grill, firepit, bike rack, bike washing station, hot tub, and large outdoor table. Only a couple blocks to the majority of shops and restaurants, yet it’s a quiet spot. We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the hot tub and easy access to town. We were able to walk to restaurants and short drive to National Parks. The place is great The beds are firm and comfortable A few cons- there s a common area and hot...

The place is great. The beds are firm and comfortable. A few cons- there’s a common area and hot tub area that can get noisy, but if we played quiet music it drowned out the noise and it didn’t go on too late (maybe 9:30?) The area is separated but enclosed within an industrial kind of setting. That didn’t bother us- it’s close to everything downtown but it’s not evident in the listing so it’s another heads up. Maybe ask for more photos if it’s concerning. Water pressure was very low. Lastly, it’s very bright at night- lots of light coming in from outside, through windows and cracks between shades and window frames. But the PROS! The good absolutely outweighs all of that! Convenient, extremely clean and comfortable. Pretty decor and minimalist- zero clutter and still stylish. Gorgeous mural on the wall- maybe it’s a local artist?Prominent attribution for the artist in the Space and in the listing would be an excellent gesture the owner’s part.

A great combination of privacy and proximity to the downtown. The individual units are tucked away in their own enclave and have all the amenities and charm that hotels don’t. We enjoyed our stay, we walked to nearby restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Next time we return to Moab, we will very likely be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Amenities were so helpful, especially the included shampoo/conditioner, soap, and makeup remover so I didn’t have to check a bag for my long weekend stay. The king bed was just as my spouse and I have at home, and was what tipped this booking in their favor. Everything was exactly as described, very cute, and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone, would stay again!

Cassidi was a great host and the unit and complex are stunning! Prior to entering the complex, the parking lot and entrance are very unassuming, but they are super cute, cozy little units that have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Be aware that there is no oven, but we were able to make our frozen dinners work with the microwave and stove--there's also a community grill available! Everything is squeaky clean and less than 10 minutes away from Arches National Park. Great location! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

This is such a good spot. It’s easy to find but tucked away so you don’t have much noise. The community set up is wonderful and you still have privacy. I especially liked the gate at the front. With kiddos it was comforting knowing we could sit and enjoy the weather and let them play without them being able to go far. I would definitely stay again.

This place is perfect for visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Park. It’s a short walk to anywhere in the town of Moab. The little home is extremely clean and well equipped. The hot tub and outdoor area are shared with the other little houses so if you are looking for complete privacy this doesn’t give you that but it is very quiet and and peaceful. The hot tub was closed for maintenance when we were there which was a big reason we chose this place, but other than that I would highly recommend and would stay again!
