Great stay in Moab! The location is excellent—close to everything. Arches National Park is only about a 10-minute drive, and Canyonlands National Park is around 40 minutes away. There are also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities within walking distance. The cabins are cute, quiet, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is conveniently located right next to the area, which makes it very easy. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this place offers great value, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Moab.

First of all, Cassidy is a wonderful host and all communications for check-in and check out were thorough and prompt. The greatest thing is location… It is walkable to every Moab restaurant as well as terrific access to both of the main national parks in the area. The unit is exceptionally well appointed… Extra towels, a blanket for when it’s cold outside, hot tub towels, hair dryer and a thorough kitchen!!!! I loved sitting outside reading and seeing the mountains. Unit exactly as listed. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple!!

This is my second time staying at Cassi’s Moab resort and it’s nothing short of spectacular. Everything is perfectly setup for easy in and out access to your various activities during the day, as well as being a cozy little oasis to relax and unwind after an adventurous day. I love the Moab Food Truck Park - located less than 0.3miles away. Convenient store 1 block away, shopping 2 blocks away, grocery store 4 blocks - not to mention you can eat every single meal at home if you choose. Stocked kitchen, grills outside etc. Thank you Cass for another incredible experience in Moab!

We enjoyed our stay. It is somewhat a studio, tiny house located in a small tiny house community. It is next to a utility company but there is a large privacy fence around the village. Although it is gated, the gate is not a secured entry. Entire community appeared clean and well kept. Parking lot was off street and well lit. Hot tub was great. Location was very walkable to laundromat along with food options. A Park is directly across the street. Shower had great hot water and unit had good lighting. No complaints and would stay here again.

The space was super cute and we enjoyed staying in it. The parking lot is a little tight but still had one or two spots when we got there late at night. The host was super responsive to any texts, we ended up arriving around midnight and they we're super polite and wished us a good drive. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had good knives and utensils as well as lots of spices for cooking. The shower is a little small for two adults in it at the same time but it was possible. The AC and fan worked great, the space stayed nice and cool the entire time. The only small issue we had was the wifi. I had good service so I never connected to it however my partner didn't so he connected and still had issues with anything loading.

We really enjoyed the tiny house and the gated (but not locked or guarded) community space at Kokopelli. It was perfect for our family of four. The bunk beds are spacious and include all their own 110 and USB power. There's a dedicated space for locking up bikes. All clean and nice and well maintained. Right next to the most charming parr of downtown and across the street from a park with playground, skate park, and large swimming pool complex. We would definitely stay here again.

This spot is an absolute gem! It was perfect for my wife and I, and my 3 year old loved the bunk beds. He loved them so much that when we were exploring the park he wanted to go to “our other home”. The kitchenette was extremely convenient, and the space was just very comfortable. I highly recommend this little tiny house the next time you visit Moab.

Although the room space is not large, it has everything we needed during travel as they listed in the amenities. It was a really pleasant experience to stay here. Just a note that the WIFI got unstable at times during our stay. Another than that, it is all good.

Stayed for three nights in unit #4. I am a solo female traveler and felt completely safe. #4 is tucked away on the end and it is very private. Even when people were outside in the early evening it was very quiet. The unit itself was super clean and was just as pictured. The temperature dipped in the evening and the heater warmed up the place well! The location is great, quick walk to the main road. Cass checked in with me before I arrived and made sure I had what I needed. This is the place, I will stay here when I return for sure.

The feel of the multiple smaller living spaces created a sense of community. Everyone staying there was very nice. Instructions were clear and communicated ahead of arrival and departure. We stayed here one night on our road trip. We wish we’d had more time here. The place is fairly new and super clean and organized. The mattresses were super comfy. The bunk beds were super cute and cozy, and our two kids absolutely LOVED them. It was blazing hot outside and the AC in the place was extremely effective and we were quite comfy. If we come back thru Moab this will definitely be worth coming back.

Talk about have everything you need and want for a visit to Moab, just a Blick away from main street and an easy walk to the best restaurants and shops. Right next to a great thai restaurant and a bike shop. Right next to a dog care service that I didn't use but will keep note of for the next trip to Moab. We went for mountain biking, the trailhead to slick rock is just a 5 min drive. you can even bike there if you're willing to take on a four-mile (somewhat steep at parts) warm-up ride--go early in the morning for the best rides. With the top-quality of the place and services and the unbeatable location would definitely stay here again!
