We were immediately impressed with this convenient location and beautifully designed home It was perfectly comfortable for our short stay...

We were immediately impressed with this convenient location and beautifully designed home. It was perfectly comfortable for our short stay. There are cute small restaurants and food truck area nearby, but parking was easy and the neighborhood still felt quiet and peaceful. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the outdoor BBQ and hot tub area, but we really appreciated the attached laundry room to wash our dusty clothes between visits to the nearby hiking trails and scenic sites.

Perfect! Everything about the stay went way beyond checking all the boxes on the review. It was clean, comfortable, modern and well appointed. Kitchen was well equipped for any level of cooking. Beds were super comfortable for getting a good rest between highly active days. Bathroom was clean and with a good amount of counter space to accommodate multiple guests. Plenty of clean towels. TV seems to have every streaming app known to man and living room was comfortable for kicking back and watching Olympic action while our own bodies recovered from our daily adventures. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed a long weekend at this apartment and really enjoyed our visit. Being within walking distance of downtown Moab (but away from the noise of main street) was lovely, the kitchen was particularly usable and thoughtfully equipped, and the two king size beds were very comfy. As other reviewers have mentioned, the main downside of this listing is the noise from other apartments; we were downstairs and could hear every step taken by the family upstairs. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

This place is in a great location. My husband and I stayed here for a few days and visited the National Parks and other places if interest. The place was very clean, even the shared spaces, like the hot tub and laundry room. It is a also walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores. I saw other people complaining about the noise. You will hear noise from the unit above, but it wasn't a big deal. Everyone was very respectful of the quiet hours and enjoying the area. Cassidi was a great host. I would stay here again.

You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the other units! I live in a condo so I’m used to having people living around me but this was next level! You know that scene in Jungle Book when the elephants march through the jungle … very similar. We could easily hear normal conversations happening in the other units and I’m sure they could hear us as well.

Cassidi’s place is clean, cozy and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The sitting room had a great TV. The kitchen was useful for our purposes. We did not cook there. Grateful for decent coffee and coffee maker. It is close to downtown Moab. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The laundry room was right next to our unit and I was able to do all my laundry from the trip. They even supplied detergent and dryer sheets! They literally thought of everything you would need! We enjoyed sitting out around the fire pit for breakfast! We enjoyed pizza one night on the picnic table! We enjoyed our stay so much. It was cheaper than staying in a sub par hotel! Cutest little air bnb!

Not only are you getting (2) private bedrooms but a FULL kitchen, LARGE Oven (& microwave), and a FULL SIZED freezer/refrigerator combo. In addition, there is FREE laundry on site, a hot-tub, and multiple grilling stations on the property. GREAT VALUE for the family. LOCATION: Perfect! 1 block from the local library, 2 blocks from the post office (if you need to mail items instead of paying extra for checked baggage at the airline), 2 blocks from the Visitor's Center, and ~2-3 blocks from the center of Moab (restaurants, hotels, jeep rentals, gas stations, souvenir shops, etc.) HOST: VERY responsive. Any inquiry was usually met with a response in 5-10 minutes. Great host. I'm glad I found this place. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Utah. Convenience, convenience, convenience.

Our stay was even better than we expected it to be from the listing! The welcome guide before we arrived was SO helpful since it was our first time to Moab. We were able to research restaurants and things to do before arriving. The home was pristine, and Cassidi notified us that we could check in early since the cleaning crew finished early which was great. The location is so close to everything, we would have walked in to dinner etc if it wasn’t so hot. We loved the backyard space with the bench swing, lawn, bbq area and hot tub! Having two king bedrooms was so nice, everything was comfortable, the AC was top notch and the kitchen was the perfect size. We will 100% stay here again when we come back to Moab!

The AC was Glorious on the 115 degree day we had, the beds were so comfy, nice linens, all around loved the little details that made this place feel so cozy. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Moab and will stay again in the future!

We were on the lower level and could hear all the walking, toilet flush, etc. The hot tub was good, but needs lighting in that area. We had a hard time getting the lock off. Overall, I would recommend Cassidi’s home. Great host! Thank you.

Overall, great stay at Cass’s place. We stayed in the upstairs unit one night, and the downstairs unit the second night due to a scheduling issue. This review is for the downstairs unit. Word of caution for the light sleepers - upstairs unit is much quieter. Sound significantly carries due to the construction type of the building, and we heard the people above us all night. I sleep through everything, so it didn’t bother me, but my dad barely slept due to the noise. Still a great place and a great host, but I recommend the upstairs unit at this property, if available.

After a long travel day we decided to stop in Moab last minute, thankfully Cassidi’s place was available! It was cute, cozy and perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of parking, even with the trailer we were pulling we were able to park right out front. The house itself was perfect and very clean. It was close enough to the downtown area we walked to dinner, but also far enough away we didn’t have any extra noise or disturbances. When traveling through Moab we will for sure be booking this place again!

I did not give 5 stars for the place due to the thin walls between units and the creaking of the floors from upstairs. We were woken every morning at 5 AM as the upstairs occupants were walking around and the floors really squeak, and it is loud. This is nothing Cassidi can fix. It is a feature of the apartment. Beside that issue, the place was exactly what is advertised. Clean and comfortable. The perfect place in Moab to visit the surrounding area and a short walk to the downtown area. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Cassidi's listing which emphasizes how much I like it! It's a cozy place with nice amenities-a guest laundry, hot tub, and two grills in the open space. The unit is nicely decorated and well-equipped-I cooked the whole time I was there. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is incredibly convenient, close to great restaurants and just a short drive to Arches National Park. The place was spotless – definitely 5-star clean – and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site laundry service was a huge plus. The host was also very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place!

Cassidi's place is a fantastic base camp for all the activities of Moab. Great open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, and the two separate bedrooms, with fantastic gigantic king-sized beds in each, means it could suit one- or two-couples easily. Kitchen fully stocked. Hot tub an excellent option for tired muscles. Location is great, quiet, off the main drag, but a long(ish) walk to Moab Coffee Roasters, first thing in the morning. (In warm weather, not a problem...in winter, well, better drive the 4 blocks). The only drawback, and other reviewers have mentioned this, (and to be fair, there's not much Cassidy can do about it), is that the walls/floors of the units adjoining are impossibly thin. If you have the disadvantage of having noisy neighbors above you, well, you just have to deal with it...because you'll hear everything(!) they do, so this can disrupt your sleep or otherwise. But truly that's the only drawback, otherwise a great place for Moab Base Camp!
