We had a great experience at Cassidi's place, it was a great place to relax after visiting Arches and Canyon Lands and other numerous activities. the place had everything we needed for our stay and it was super clean and easy to find. We would be happy to stay again if we are ever back.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo we love it Close enough to walk into town...

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo, we love it! Close enough to walk into town for dinner, but far enough away to be a quiet respite. Hot Tub was just what we needed after long days of biking. We loved hanging out on the balcony and also on the swinging bench under the trees. The grounds and property are well maintained. I have a feeling we will be back!

The place couldn’t have been more perfect! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and amazingly clean. It’s on a quieter side of town but still walkable to great restaurants and shops. Check in was super easy, laundry on site with detergent provided, a stocked kitchen that gives you the option to cook some meals for yourself, and comfortable beds after amazing hikes. Cassidi’s communication and recommendations were very helpful. I would 100% stay here again!

Perfect walkability and impeccably clean. Great spot to explore Moab without being too far from anything while still getting a peaceful neighborhood. The unit was impeccably clean. There was a building maintenance issue that was addressed by the owner before I even had a chance to bring it up, so they are very on top of keeping the place nice. You do share walls being an apartment but we did not have any major issues with sound. If you are a light sleeper you might like earplugs in the case you have a loud neighbor. Would absolutely stay again the next time we are in moab!

Only complaint is that the walls were very thin - we were there with hardly anyone else and could hear the TV and other guests through the walls. But didn’t really impact my stay at all, just something to note. I didn’t hear it when I was sleeping.

We had a great time relaxing at the condo. The hot tub was nice to soak in after a week of hiking adventures. It was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a washer and dryer on site. Walls were thin, but neighbors were quiet. We were able to walk to the restaurants and shops in Moab. This is my third time visiting the Moab area and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved our stay! The place is spacious, spotless, and brand new. The A/C worked perfectly with temps in the high 80s/90s. We appreciated the filtered water in the fridge, plenty of shelves and hangers in the bedroom, drawers in the bathroom, and the handy shoe trays after hikes. It’s a short 4-block walk to Main St. We didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor patio this time, but both looked inviting. Cassidi was super communicative and even let us check in a little early. Would definitely stay again!

This space was amazing. We had everything we needed during our stay. It was close enough to the main street with restaurants, but far away enough to have peace and quiet after a long day. Everything looked exactly as it was described and felt right at home. Cassidi was very helpful and checked in with us to let us know we could access the space earlier than scheduled. She even sent us some information with local recommendations which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend this stay for your next visit and would stay again ourselves.

Wonderful stay! We came during one of the hottest months of the season, but Cassidi's place was exactly what we needed after warm hikes with all the comforts of home! Very clean! Just a short walk from all the store fronts and restaurants. When we return to Moab, we will be staying here again!

I had such a great stay here! The location couldn’t have been better — just minutes from downtown Moab and super close to Arches National Park. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with the bonus of a reserved parking spot. Cassidi was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made everything so easy. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Setting is in a quiet neighborhood. Took advantage of the outdoor hot tub and lounge area. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but easy access to the onsite community machines. Plenty of onsite parking. Easily accessible to restaurants, shopping and Arches National Park. We would highly recommend this condo and would return again. Thank you Cassidi for providing an excellent accommodation.

Cassidi’s property was exactly what we needed! The four of us (2 couples) were in town for a wedding during MDW, so we were so happy this space was available. Super close to the main drag of downtown Moab, less than a 10 minute drive to Arches, it was perfect for our quick trip! Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! Just a few blocks to main street and great restaurants. Host was easy to communicate with and offered lots of suggestions for our stay. Space was very clean and comfortable. Only drawback was no coffeemaker, just a Keurig. We're big coffee drinkers so always appreciate a drip machine. But, they happily accomodated us with extra pods. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Cassidi's! You can tell the details she put into the property. It is warm and felt very homey. Beds were extremely comfortable! If you are a light sleeper, like me, I would recommend being earplugs and/or eye cover. I could occasionally hear others in the building. That's a me issue, nothing to do with the unit!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was new and clean. Very comfortable mattresses on the beds. We cooked a number of meals and the cookware was ample. A spice rack was provided. You are four blocks off the main drag, so traffic noise is not an issue. You walk through a residential neighborhood to reach coffee shops and restaurants, and even the City Market grocery store. There were a handful of neighboring tenants during our stay but we heard no noise from other units. Cassidi promptly responded when we requested a few additional housekeeping items. We would stay here again!
