This was the perfect apartment for my few days in Moab! It was only a few blocks from the main street area, but was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was great for resting after a long hike and for remote working during the week. Laundry was awesome too. Will definitely be recommending to my friends!

This was a nice place to regroup after several nights in different places - the laundry room was especially helpful, clean and functional and there were ample places to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The unit is stocked well with everything you'd need to cook/be at home for a few days. The hot tub being unusable was a big disappointment considering how highlighted it is on the listing and we were not notified beforehand of this. The unit smelled slightly like gas and required windows be opened several hours a day. The noise from the upstairs neighbors was unexpected and woke us up early in the morning. Some rugs could probably help with this. The couch/comfy chair peeling onto our skin and clothes made it hard to relax fully when inside the unit.

My only complaint was that the couch was in very bad condition and not that comfortable but the rest of the property with multiple units I assume had better ones. Place was nice enough. Very small but nice. Didn’t notice the couch had some spots that were worn off showing the grey material under the red. Had grey with red trim pillows to pull it together. Just didn’t expect a worn couch. Also has concrete floors, which was different and unexpected. However, just not my style but, You can tell the owner worked hard to put together a nice place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom linens were very nice. Lighting in the bathroom is not good for showering at night. Had to keep part of the shower curtain open for light. Worked fine for one night. Laundry room available for free. That was very welcomed also.

Great place to stay in Moab I visited Canyonlands Dead Horse and Arches I had an EV rental and Cassidi's...

Great place to stay in Moab. I visited Canyonlands, Dead Horse and Arches. I had an EV rental, and Cassidi's place was just a few minutes from a TESLA supercharging station which was convenient. As was the food truck near the charging station! Parking out front was mostly shaded, except for a few hours during the middle of the day (shaded parking helps as lot with EVs in summer!). The apartment was very comfortable with a great kitchen set up with spices, oils, pots, utensils etc and super helpful to have aluminium foil etc. The place was squeaky clean, bar a small bit on the kitchen table (very minor). Felt like a home the way the place was decorated. Soap etc, cleaning towels, and plenty of charging ports provided. There was a gas smell when I was there, to which Cassidi was super responsive about. Quiet location and close to the main street. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Laundry was a great feature, much needed after dusty hot days in the Parks. Dries fast in the room!

Overall this was a great home base for a short trip to Moab for exploring while also needing to work remotely. Pros: Great location for easy walk to the main street or driving to other spots. Very easy parking. Comfy bed and great AC. Easy for working remote. Cute outdoor seating areas in complex and very cute design of building… super welcoming and warm. Very easy to use washer and dryer (even though not in unit). Very responsive and kind hosts. Cons: I was on the ground floor and could hear everything upstairs the first night. The rest of the nights were fine though, so it likely depends a lot on who else is there at the same time. There was a strange smell when you walked into unit (like AC fluid or harsh cleaner or something). Once inside, you totally didn’t notice it, but noticed it every time you came in. Couches need to be replaced… very worn and not appealing.

This basement apartment was very walkable--a few blocks from bustling downtown Moab, a ten-minute ride to Arches and other notable hikes. Despite the proximity to lots of activity, it was a quiet location with fast wi-fi. There is a laundry on site (with soap available), a place to park your bikes, a bbq and jacuzzi. We didn't use most amenities--other than the great laundry room. We had been hiking for days prior to our arrival, and were looking forward to clean clothes and a sit in a hot tub. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was under repair when we arrived. Cassidi did her best to find an alternative spot for us, and when that didn't work (too far for us), she offered to refund part of our fee. All in all a great stay.

My son and grandson stayed here on their way from Spokane to Texas. The location was excellent and within 30 minutes or less to multiple parks including Arches National Park. The host also alerted us that we could check in early as the other party had left and the unit was cleaned.

Cassidi was very responsive whenever we had a concern and handled everything appropriately. Would stay here again, if we ever make it back to the area!
