Great location, lovely neighborhood and just 5mn walk from Main Street. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Cassidy is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment deco is charming, and the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking! Just a note for light sleepers, the walls are quite thin, and we could hear noise from the upstairs neighbors at night.

Felt safe walking to downtown as a family during daylight - area is transitional but we felt very comfortable walking during the day. Perfect for our family of 4, especially with our two toddlers. Location is perfect for kids as it's far enough from the main stretch that you don't get any noise but still walkable within a mile. The park is kiddie corner right across the street and the library is just past the park. The kids area in the library is excellent with plenty of activities and toys for rainy days. You can also drop off recycling at the library as none is provided at the complex. No issues finding street parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking implements, cooking spray and a few spices/seasonings including salt and pepper. Nothing else consumable aside from extra trash bags and dish soap. Plenty of towels available with extra beach towels for the hot tub. Hot tub was another highlight and very well maintained and though it was never at the touted 104F throughout our stay, it was still warm and comfortable. Knob to turn on the jets is against the wall with all the signs and easy to miss at night.

I was able to explore the Moab area right after Christmas It was cold but there were no crowds and...

I was able to explore the Moab area right after Christmas. It was cold but there were no crowds and no lines. It made a great base to explore Arches, Canyonlands and the surrounding area. A friend joined me part of the trip and I was alone for the rest. The beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless. I cooked most meals there using the well equipped kitchen. It is located a few blocks from Main Street but in a very quiet neighborhhod. I greatly enjoyed the trip.

Pros: Great place, middle of Moab shops. All the major shops were walkable. near by market place. 5 minutes away from visitor center. Cons: We were in basement unit and I could hear upstairs neighbors. Dishwasher would have be great. Main bedroom door lock was not working for me. That said, we be happy to stay again!!!!!!

The perfect find in Moab! I felt right at home at Cassidi’s place. It was easy to get to and in a nice quiet part of town but still close enough to be walkable to everything on the Main Street. It is decorated beautifully and so cozy. They really took a lot of care to make sure you have everything you need and awesome local recommendations!

Wonderful set up and a little outside of the Main Street so you got a bit more privacy while still being walkable for dinner and other happenings in town. Great base camp for the national parks and very easy parking options in the neighborhood. Easy entry and very helpful and thorough host, who made sure we had all the information we needed. Great amenities on site! Very lucky to book a stay, I’d imagine it’s booked up quite often during holiday weekends.

Purple Sage is an excellent location to explore Moab. Walked to town every evening. Just 10-15 minutes to Arches NP. Laundry made it easy to travel light and wash hiking gear. Host was responsive and even offered to have us check in as soon as the place was ready! Recommend Zaks restaurant at the end of the street! Great views and food.

The location was perfect with just a short walk to Main St and all its restaurants, yet far enough away to be quiet with ample street parking. The amenities were great, and I made good use of the full kitchen, coffee maker (with coffee provided), Wi-Fi, and free laundry facilities (including detergent pods!). The only minor surprise was that the hot tub was more of a room-temperature-tub when I used it midweek, but it was still great to spend a few minutes in there chatting with a nice couple from Canda while washing some hiking clothes. I didn't bother mentioning it to Cassidi at the time since it wasn't that important to me, but if it is to you, then you might want to check with her. Regardless, I really enjoyed my stay there (as did a bud of mine who had no trouble sleeping in one of those bunk beds despite his 6'2" height), and I would be happy to stay there again the next time I'm in Moab.

Cassidi puts a lot of effort into her locations! The location is great and you can walk to the Main Street for many different restaurant choices. It’s close to a few national parks and plenty of what Moab has to offer. The kitchen is set up to cook if you aren’t looking to eat out! Getting in and checking out is so easy!

There was no mention about the security camera that was pointing at the hot tub. The regulations on the air bnb app says that needs to be explicitly written out in the description. It also says “Hosts are not allowed to place security cameras and recording devices over exterior areas to the listing where users have a greater expectation of privacy, such as the inside of an enclosed outdoor shower or in a sauna.”. I would not recommend this Airbnb to anyone else simply for this reason.

We were right outside of Arches and other hiking areas. It was the perfect price and location for our stay. The place was very clean and central to town.

The ceiling is a little thin, so you can hear footsteps and any furniture moving above. But nothing that keeps you up at night or is unbearable- just a small note!
