Cassidi’s place was just what we needed and she was very responsive! The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the people above you. Aside from that, the backyard was really cute. We enjoyed the hot tub!

Cassidi's condo was super cute, well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen which was important to me since I cook a lot when on extended biking trips. Purple Sage has a great location as well, walking distance to town and restaurants but not so close to the main street that you have constant traffic noise. Cassidi was friendly and responsive, check in/out was easy and directions clear, and her guide book is handy for local recommendations. I would absolutely stay again.

We absolutely love the location on this stay! I was easily walkable within 15 to 20 minutes to essentially all the restaurants in Moab. We’d love the central location that gave us easy access to the Arches National Park. The hot tub was a huge bonus. Both of us felt like the beds were extremely comfortable, so I truly would recommend this stay as a 10/10.

Super easy check in process. Clean and cozy! It was a huge bummer to see the hot tub was out of service when we got there, as we searched quite a while to find a place that had one! And just to clarify if anyone is wondering, the hot tub and tables/fire pit are shared with the other units in the building. The walls also are a bit thin and you can hear other people. But overall, was a great stay to be close to town!

Lovely Airbnb! We had all the amenities needed in our neat and tidy spot. It’s a lovely home base if you’re visiting Arches or Canyonlands. We visited in February, so the area was still quite chilly. Heaters worked perfectly and welcomed us back to a cozy warm home. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. Would definitely recommend to others and rebook if I’m in the area.

We thought we forgot something after we left, and thankfully they let us go back and check! \n\nCons: Our map took us a block shy of the location, so we drove around a bit before we found it. Hot tub is shared, so we waited for others to be done before going in. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan, so when I opened the door, the steam set off the fire alarm. \n\nI didn’t figure out how to use the temperature control til just before we left. I didn’t realize the remote has a part that slides down with more buttons under it. So we were a little chilly.

I usually just camp when I come ride the trails in Moab but decided to treat myself to a place to stay. Cassidi’s place was perfect!! The apartment was so comfortable and very fairly priced for what I got. I felt like it was quiet but close enough to town where I could easily walk. Really nice to have bike storage and a palace to do laundry. Cassidi was very kind and easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely be back!!

So many places to eat and shop. Being 3 blocks away from downtown, I hadn’t expected it to be so quiet. This was a great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone!

Cassidi was super responsive and made check-in quick and hassle-free. The location was perfect for exploring Moab and nearby attractions like Arches National Park and Canyonlands. After a long day of driving and sightseeing, it was great to come back and relax in such a comfortable and peaceful space. The Purple Sage is a fantastic place to stay. Cute decor, comfortable furniture, great location with easy access to Main Street as well as local spots for hiking/biking/UTVs. Cassidi was very friendly and accommodating, and her place made a grate home base for our Moab stay. Definitely recommend this spot for a close-to-everything but also off the main stretch quiet location.

Our stay at Purple Sage Flats was all we had hoped for. Cassidy was quick to communicate with us. We felt right at home in the clean, well furnished and equipped apartment. Our unit was very near the hot tub and laundry, nice plusses. The grounds were shady, depending on the time of day, with nice outdoor furniture. The location had a friendly, quiet, "home town" feel. The proximity to Main Street restaurants and shops is within walking distance, although we chose not to. Access to the State and National parks that drew us to the area was convenient from this starting point. We highly recommend Cassidy's Airbnb and would choose it again when in the area.

Decorated so adorably, felt cozy & comfy, within blocks of Main Street & shops & dining. Literally minutes from Potash Road & Arches! Everything we needed was there for us! The hot tub & lovely lighted patio with grill were exceptional! We will be back! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

We loved Cassidi's place in Moab and would highly recommend it. Our unit was in the basement, but had windows and plenty of daylight. It was spacious and thoughtfully and well-decorated with the colors of Moab and Arches NP. It had everything we needed and small extra touches we enjoyed. The common area in the back is large and welcoming and spread out so that multiple guests would have had enough space to feel they weren't imposing on others. We enjoyed a pizza dinner at a table one of the evenings. It's an easy 15 mins to get to Arches and just a couple blocks back from Moab town center.

From the moment we parked our vehicle & saw Purple Sage Flats we felt at home. The creativity of the building & property design was captivating. What a peaceful place to stay! There are 2 sets of 4 apartments at Purple Sage & we stayed in one of the basement suites. Though not entirely soundproof, our neighbours were respectful & noise didn’t carry much. The interior/exterior design has equal amounts of soft beauty/creativity & comfort. It has all you need for a home away from home. The beds/LR furniture were comfortable, the kitchen & bathroom spacious & clean. Laundry facilities were easily accessible & if we’d brought our bikes, easy storage was available for those as well. Sadly, the hot tub was only lukewarm the whole week we stayed, but we were happy to have the jets massage our sore hiking muscles! Our host responded quickly to texts and ensured we were prepared for both entry & exit. The guidebook app she provided was very helpful for finding restaurants, etc, too! 🙌

We stayed in Moab to enjoy Arches National Park, and Cassidy’s place was in a perfect location—just a short drive to Arches and close to the main street with lots of shops. The kitchen was well-equipped, clean, and easy to use, and we also liked the gas stove and oven. The room felt darker than in the photos and the walls were thin, and we could hear conversations and footsteps from the neighbors. Aside from that, it was a great stay, and we also appreciated that the rules were simple and minimal. Thank you, Cassidy!

My husband and I took a last minute trip to Moab and ran across Cassidy’s place. So glad we found it as it was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. The condo was just as described and pictured with little extras to make our stay more comfortable. The condo was just off the main strip with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within 1/2 mile walk. The neighborhood was quiet and although we were staying at a multi unit complex, we never heard any noise from other residents and often felt like we had the entire place to our selves. The hot tub is an amazing add after a long day of hiking and enjoying the National parks. We were send a link with TONS of information for our upcoming stay, local recommendations, tour and activity options and much more, to review before our arrival to help make our trip even better.
