Nice accommodations on a budget. The host was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was useful, with a nice size refrigerator and a very useful knife block. All appliances worked well. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The apartment was clean. The minor maintenance issues were addressed promptly. There were only a couple things that were disappointing. This is a 4 unit building and the hot tub I was looking forward to is shared by all 4 units in the common back yard. The sofa is rather low and very soft. Senior citizens will have trouble getting out of it. There is no tv in the bedroom. Hubby likes to watch tv at the end of the day. All in all, I would say it’s a decent, quiet place, convenient to downtown. Cassidi was an exceptionally pleasant and responsive host!

This place worked great for my husband and myself while in Moab for four nights There was only one drawback...

This place worked great for my husband and myself while in Moab for four nights. There was only one drawback of this place— the beds were VERY soft (as in, not supportive), so my back had a hard time here. However, other than that, it was ideal and had everything we look for in a rental. The location is perfect for Moab— quiet and away from the crazy busy Main Street, but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants, bakeries, icecream, and cafes. The back patio was private and was the perfect place to have our morning coffee while listening to the birds, and we even used the grill one night to cook our dinner to eat out there— so pleasant. Would recommend for anyone ok with very soft beds.

This was a great place to stay. Cassie was quick to respond and communicate, she even let us check in a couple hours early! The place was mostly clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It is a great location on a quiet street.

Not fancy but a great little place just a short walk from the main strip. We loved the hot tub. You can hear the neighboring rooms when they're showering, flushing the toilets, etc. \nIt is close to Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse and Utahraptor parks. Good place for a couple to stay.

What a fantastic find! The space was clean, tidy, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was amazing, and the location couldn’t be better—within walking distance to almost anywhere in town. Cassidi was an excellent host, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Simple spot to crash while exploring the surrounding area. Convenient location to the sights near by. The beds were decent in the bedroom, but the sofa sleeper felt beyond uncomfortable. I don’t expect much from a sofa bed, but as the one who used it for the duration of the stay, it was much worse than expected. Had to put an inflatable camping mat on top to make it bearable. Otherwise, it has all the essentials for a quick trip.

It’s a beautiful area surrounded by trees and those beautiful red cliffs that Moab is famous for. Going out and adventuring during the day and then having Cassidi’s place to call home at night for relaxing, made our anniversary weekend very memorable. We will DEFINITELY be returning. Thank you!

Great location. Host was very helpful in answering questions and helping. We had 6ppl so it was cozy, but perfect. We grilled every day, and would have used the hot tub daily if it was cold. The back yard is shared but no one was ever out there. It is cozy and clean. I would suggest it.

When a small issue came up, Cassidi was super responsive and got it fixed asap. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This is a 1 bedroom apartment in a 4 plex on a quiet street a 10 minute walk from downtown Moab. Quiet and peaceful, has an outside patio with a table & 4 chairs. It suited us fine. We used the kitchen every day , had everything we needed. I would happily stay there again.

Bike ride access and a hot tub! Enjoyed my week in Moab staying within 2 miles of the Sand Flats recreational area. Wrapped up my work day and got on the Ebike to explore the park every afternoon and welcomed back with a nice place for a nice shower, quick meal and relaxing evening in the hot tub. Host was super responsive and helpful. I look forward to coming back to ride more trails. Going into town was easy with everything accessible for my stay.

Nice comfortable place very clean, good location close to Moab, bed is pretty uncomfortable old spring bed feel and when you move you kinda bounce 😂 and the water pressure in the shower for some reason is really weak not much pressure but overall the stay was good and I would stay again. Cassidi is very easy to talk to and helpful off any questions arise.
