Cassidi is a great host. Stayed for 3 nights during our trip to Arches National Park. Convenient location, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Main Street. Everything was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked and access to BBQ grills which we used all 3 nights. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay for a trip to Arches and Canyonlands national parks. It’s a few blocks away from the main strip of Moab with all of the restaurants and shops. It was a very quiet area in December and provided a great home base for my hiking trip. The place was clean and had all of the amenities as described. Check-in was super easy with clear instructions with a keypad code. Would stay here again!

Cassidi's place needed some maintenance The bathroom lock was not working and I made sure to let her know about...

Cassidi's place needed some maintenance. The bathroom lock was not working and I made sure to let her know about this inconvenience. I just got a reply back saying that they didn't understood the problem and told me that there will be someone from the maintenance the next day to fix it. She told me they inspected the lock and it needed to be replaced. It wasn't fixed for the whole duration of our stay (three days). Moreover, the bath tub mentioned is not private and basic amenities like brita filter is missing in the place. If these problems are fixed, this was a good place to stay with its closeness to Moab's main street.

We enjoyed the quiet place. A sliding door takes you to the fenced backyard with a table and chairs … great for breakfast. We didn’t use the jacuzzi. BTW nearby there is a great French-type bakery with all kind of goodies (Bonjour), baguettes, croissants, and more.

I had stayed here before and remembered it as a nice quiet neighborhood and it is! Beds were comfortable, we could stream to the Roku TV, the weather allowed us to grill and eat outside and hot tub was great! This spot worked great for us - away from the noise and very nice for our evening walks. Nice interactions with some of the folks staying in the other units in the common area around the grills and hot tub. We were able to do laundry at another of the properties that was a couple blocks away. (We did have a friend join us on the sofa bed, so the bathroom only being accessible through the bedroom is something to be aware of. ) Cassidi was very responsive - would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views of red rocks. Lots of seating to enjoy the scenery. The hot tub is well maintained and felt so good after a long hike in Canyonlands. We will be back and will tell others about this gem!

I loved the privacy of this location. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The hot tub was located right out our back door, which we enjoyed every night. The home was comfortable and clean, and provided everything we needed for the couple nights we were there. Our host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I'd stay here again when visiting Moab.
