We enjoyed our stay. Easy to walk downtown. The hot tub and outside space was great, but it is a shared space with all the other units. People in unit above are easy to hear walking around, but it wasn’t too much to manage. It’s a great unit in Moab.

We loved staying at Cassidi’s place! Great location, great coffee shop 4 or so blocks down we’d walk to every morning. Clean and looked like photos. Very impressed with the amount of dishes etc to be able to cook. Thank you for the great stay! We did not use them but the hot tub and 2 grills were great.

This was a great place! We loved staying here and will definitely stay again next time we come to Moab. It was close enough to everything in town including restaurants and shops. It was also secluded enough we had lots of privacy and quiet from main street traffic and other visitors. the hot tub was great! The way it's set up, you still have privacy in there too. The beds were comfortable, which is very rare when traveling. We're spoiled by our Purple mattress at home and this place has them too! What a nice surprise! The only thing I would echo is as others have said, you will hear other guests above you, but that's true at any hotel or place you'd stay. Not a deal breaker for us.

Stayed 4 nights and served us well as base camp for our adventures every day. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals, beds are comfortable with extra linens in the closet if you’re chilly. The hot tub was great for sore muscles after a day’s worth of adventures. Check in was a breeze. If you’re a light sleeper I recommend booking the upstairs rooms as you can hear the upstairs neighbours very easily.

Great place to stay for small group (ours was 4) if looking to spend a couple days at Arches! The Main Street is very easy to walk to with a bunch of great places to eat! Airbnb felt very homey and had everything we needed. Outdoor area was a bonus for grilling, hanging out, and using the hot tub! Would stay again and highly recommend!

Great visit. Would stay again. 10 min walk to Main St. Spacious. New. Clean. Adequate internet. Easy parking. First floor convenience. Cold air conditioning. Plenty of AC outlets. Free laundry room very useful (within certain hours). Great communication. The only cons were some sugar ants in the kitchen (early August). And the walls are thin. Easy to hear conversation in the next room. As well as neighbors moving, laughing, coughing above. Location, space and value - benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

Cassidy’s place was an absolute gem! It was exactly as described and the photos were spot on. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Moab, with a quick 10-15 minute drive to Arches National Park. The whole apartment was immaculate, feeling like a 5-star hotel with crisp sheets, clean towels, and an ample supply of toiletries. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, including a giant jar of delicious coffee. And the parking? Plenty of space, so you can park without any hassle. The outdoor area was beautifully landscaped, making it a great spot for a morning coffee or an evening chill. If you ever find yourself in Moab, Cassidy’s place is definitely a place you should check out. It’s a true hidden gem!

Cassidi's place was perfect for our trip to Canyonlands and Arches National Parks! In a great location in Moab! Super close to downtown which made for an easy walk to the Moab Food Truck Park (must check this out if you're in the area!!) Kitchen was stocked do well and we really enjoyed the grilling area! Amazing place and value for what you get. Would definitely stay again!!!

The problem is that we didn’t sleep well at all because we clearly heard people upstairs walking, cooking, and moving things around at early morning around 3-4 am (probably they were going to arches national park), and it sounded like someone was doing things in our unit.

Amazing location and home in general. It was clean and had a great feel to it. The decor was simple but also felt like home. Bedrooms were set up nice and beds were comfortable. My favorite part was the outdoor space. Beautiful and so spacious with lots of shade. Walkable to lots of great restaurants. My only negative was what others mentioned too, hearing people walk around upstairs is actually really loud. I would definitely still stay here again. Maybe a top unit next time. We had a wonderful trip! Thanks!

Our stay at Cassidi‘s place was just perfect! It was actually better than expected. Everything was clean and crisp and new. Having two bedrooms with king sized bed was perfect for two couples. The layout and comfort of the furniture was well thought through and couldn’t have been better. When we had some questions for Cassidy, she answered right away and was happy and eager to be of any help. The location could not have been better. It was quiet and peaceful and yet just a couple of blocks to the center of town and close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park and lots of local things to do. We definitely hope to return!

Fantastic condo about 2 or 3 blocks from the main street in downtown Moab, which is good because the main street in Moab can actually get quite noisy with 18-wheelers and Harleys rolling through non-stop : ) Clean, modern, stylish condo with a hot tub that worked well. Just watch out for the birds in the trees over the parking, had to take the rental car to the car wash : )

Location was just blocks off of the Main Street,yet felt like you were out in the wilderness, as we had deers visit 2 of the 3 days we were there just across the street! I had a great stay here I was working remotely for the week while I explored Moab and this place...

I had a great stay here! I was working remotely for the week while I explored Moab and this place was perfect for that. The unit was super clean and nicely decorated with a lot of thought into all the things needed. it felt very private for being so close to city center. way better than staying in a hotel imo. I loved being able to walk 10 minutes to coffee and all the restaurants downtown (Cafe de olla at Cafe Más is fantastic btw) Also, 10 minute walk to Milt's is a great place that is a long time moab classic burger joint that isn't jacked up prices. the beds were also really comfortable and the big tv was great. the shared patio with hot tub access is a really nice amenity, especially in off season when temps drop low in moab. The only thing to be aware of is walls are a bit thin, but that's a structural thing out of control and it was never an issue. I'm a Utah local and will totally come back here again to visit Moab as a homebase for adventure!

Cassidi was very responsive when a power outage happened nearby and quickly sent someone to flip the breaker back on for us. We had a great time and would love to come back to visit! Also, the guest book was a nice touch, and we all enjoyed reading through it to see who else had stayed there.

Much like other have said on here it's easy to hear your upstairs neighbors even if they are not intentionally loud but we were out enjoying Moab and weren't there very often. This was a great, central location that served as the perfect base camp for our week in Moab. The sound from the other units travels really well, but aside from that the place is great! We were able to walk to town when needed and were just a short drive away from all the mountain biking trails we could ask for.

Comfortable two bedroom apartment, with free laundry next door and anything you'd need in the kitchen. Easy to find and it's nice to have a private parking lot. The location is great, just on the edge of downtown and convenient to walk to restaurants. There was always traffic going by, but I couldn't hear it from the bedroom. You do hear noise from the upstairs unit, as others have described, so if you're a light sleeper, go for the upstairs unit.
