Couldn't get a better place on Moab for location and experience. If you book Moab Rafts (rafting, kyaking, paddle boarding), you could literally walk 30 seconds in the morning to the check in spot. Pretty ideal overall

For anyone looking to stay in Moab, in my opinion, this is the place to stay! Not only was Cassidi a wonderful host but you're just off the way of main street and everything is within walking distance. It was a great place to come and unwind after a day full of activities and was just a nice quiet get away from the day. When we come back we will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Moab!

One of the best places we stayed at while in Utah. This stay was in a high traffic area with lots of restaurants and shops at a walkable distance, but still felt private and cozy. Easy parking and very close to national and state parks. Really enjoyed this stay and highly recommend, especially for families with kids who LOVE a bunk bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kokopelli west! The unit was as pictured and the perfect launching spot for Moab adventures. It was so great to be able to come back after a long day hiking and walk to restaurants and downtown Moab without worrying about parking. The space was clean and quiet, we didn’t use the hot tub or picnic area but they were very inviting and if we come back we certainly will.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect—walking distance to downtown Moab, which made exploring restaurants and shops so easy. It’s also very close to Arches National Park and just a short drive to Canyonlands National Park, which made it the perfect home base for our trip. Cass was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The space was clean, well kept, and the perfect size for our little family of three. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back in the future! 😊

This was the perfect spot in Moab. Closer to the Arches side of town, but still walkable to local restaurants. It’s slightly hard to find the first time as it’s tucked away, but after that it’s a breeze. There were tons of outlets, clean, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the hot tub met my 8 year old (who loves hot tubs!) very happy. Would stay there again.

What can be said about Moab in the Autumn Spectacular and peaceful to say the least After a day of...

What can be said about Moab in the Autumn? Spectacular and peaceful to say the least. After a day of activity, returning to Cassidi's location continues the vibe....a clean and semi-private location with multiple amenities. The outside courtyard and hot tub continue the vibe while the interior welcomes you with pristine accommodations and most importantly a comfortable bed. Being able to walk everywhere is the feather in the cap. I'll be sure to hang my hat here again when returning.

We had a pleasant stay overall — the amenities were great, and the host provided clear and helpful instructions. The space was nicely arranged and well stocked with all the essentials, making it a comfortable visit. There were just a couple of minor issues we noticed: the bathroom had a bit of an odor, possibly from the shower curtain, and we did notice some small bugs (mostly earwigs and ants). Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we appreciated the thoughtful setup.

From the initial booking to check out, Cassidi was a pleasure to work with. The pictures of her accommodations and property were accurate, the expectations were concise and the guidebook was detailed and thorough. Once inside the studio it was immediately apparent that she put a lot of thought into the amenities provided and the maintenance of the property. The kitchen was thoughtfully appointed with cookware, utensils and spices. There were even ice cubes in the freezer. There are also plenty of electrical outlets and an easy to operate overhead fan and heating/cooling system. The bedding, pillows and towels were of good quality as well as a lovely extra blanket. I can’t speak highly enough about this lovely property and its proprietor. Thank you, Cassidi!

Cassidi’s Place at Kokopelli West # 9 was fantastic!! It was exactly as described, easy to find, simple to get into. Everything was clean and tidy and fit the description. Her location right in the center of town is ideal for so many amazing restaurants, and easy access to the national park. It’s a really cute setting where you can sit just outside in the courtyard and enjoy the evening, chat with neighbors, or simply relax. Cassidi was super proactive and sent via text the entry instructions, which really helped at arrival, so I didn’t have to dig through an email. We ate at the Thai restaurant right next-door — it was delicious! We also found pretty good pizza (Moab Canyon Pizza — a fast-food vibe, food was good, only sodas) and amazing bakeries (Red Rock, and Sweet Cravings, which also serves up great lunch options). I would definitely stay again at Cassidi’s place next time I’m in the area.

It had a great communal feel in the shared courtyard (big table, grill, firepit, chairs) for groups or for making new friends. A great place to chill in the evenings and mornings.The individual houses are stylish, well appointed and utilize economy of space quite efficiently. Each place has a beautiful hand painted mural. The concept and execution of these Moab gems really work! i would definitely come back again.

If I had negative comment the bathroom sink was missing the pop-up stopper to hold water for my husband to shave. This was reported and Cassi, who was unaware, I am sure it will be fixed prior to next rental.

Cassidi was a great host! The property is beautiful and secluded. The bungalow was private and perfect for my boyfriend and I. The amenities were awesome and loved that it had a full kitchen with everything you could think of (including a wine bottle opener and veggie peeler!) we cooked dinner on the grill one night. WiFi was a bit slow and made it difficult to download tail maps but it was nothing that kept this place from being 5 stars. We will definitely be back and would totally bring friends!

Kokopelli West is a gem of a place very near the center of Moab. Our stay was fantastic as the unit was very clean and the 10 unit compound as a whole was very comfortable and relaxing. Cassidi was quick to respond and very communicative. We will be recommending to family and friends and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Moab.

The area was a little hard to find first - there wasn't a large sign that pointed out the complex, since the first thing you see is the parking lot from the street. Arches Visitor Center is 10 mins away. To be specific: Sky Visitor Center (Canyonlands - Sky Islands) is 38 mins from the Bnb and Needles Visitor Center (Canyonlands - Needles) is about 1hr 30 mins away. There are many restaurants very close drive. The closest walkable restaurant is Thai Bella, which is also delicious. Closest walkable laundry (5 mins) is Moab Laundry Express (and is open 24hrs)! The complex is home to other units as well, so as described, there is a shared hot tub, grill, and outside fireplace! We only used the hot tub, which was great to relax in after a long day's hike :) The bed was comfortable & the place was spotless! My partner and I didn't request anything/have any major concerns while we stayed, so we didn't communicate w/ Cassidi. Overall, great for visiting Arches NP and Sky Visitor Center!

This was a great crash pad while visiting Moab. Walking distance to restaurants around downtown but was off the main drag, easy parking, hot tub was a great bonus and very close to the units, bed was comfortable. The one issue we had was wifi - difficult to perform even basic searches. No big deal for us as we were mostly visiting to stay outdoors and disconnect, but worth mentioning.
