Notably, the bed was super comfortable haha I felt safe, all the other guests were friendly and quiet. It was a great location, a perfect walkable distance to food and shops and only 4 miles from Arches. I would stay here again!

Nice spot to stay! I stayed here solo and I felt like it was enough space for me. I’m not sure I would stay with four people. That’s just me, though. I worked remote from this spot, the WiFi was pretty good, a few calls it went unstable, but I just turned my camera off and it was all good. I stayed during the week and it was quiet, great location. I did experience people going into the hot tub on Friday night around 12am and they woke me up. I think because the court yard is in the middle of the units you run the risk of loud guests but luckily wasn’t too big of an issue during my stay!

We had a great stay! The location is amazing—on a quiet street but walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, a laundromat, Moonflower Co-op, etc. Having our own kitchen was clutch for prepping snacks for our hiking adventures, as well as making early breakfasts. AC was great during an unexpected heat wave. The outdoor space was nice but due to said heat we didn’t utilize it at all. Neighbors were though and seemed to be enjoying themselves! Overall would definitely stay again.

We arrived very late and was able to park and get right in with no issues. We are already looking forward to coming back to stay with our boys next time!

We also love the fact that we forgot a few things inside and they were extremely helpful saving them so we could pick it up later I will definitely come back. I will encourage anyone to do the same because it’s a beautiful place to stay..

It was a great bnb choice! Very fair cost and well taken care of. Easy to check in with easy parking and nonetheless a nice little spot. I even forgot my shirts, and was able to get them sent back to me quickly and fairly which was a huge stress off my hands! I felt very well taken care of!

We loved our stay here so much last year that we came back again to the same spot this time! We love this place for several reasons. The rooms are cute and always clean. The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown, but on the north side so it's easy to get to the parks. It's the perfect size with fun bunks and a kitchen that is easy to use. Our only regret is that the hot tub does not stay hot. We had the same experience last year that it is unable to maintain heat and is thus quite cold if other guests have used it before us.

I found this to be a much better value than hotels in the area - the well equipped kitchen space was just what we needed. Great location for hiking in Arches National Park and the surrounding area. We did have one night that there were no parking spaces but we were told we could park in the no parking area and not worry about being towed. We had three adults and it worked out great for us.

Excellent location, could walk to innumerable restaurants, stores, bakeries etc. We had #7, a VERY cute casita. Very clean. Nice bed. The location of Kokopelli West is a very quiet area, and there was a nice turnover of neighbors to say hi to or have coffee/cocktails with for our stay. Great Thai restaurant is literally next door (Thai Bella), that had some of the fastest service I have ever encountered. Would totally stay here again. Hot tub is cleaned weekly and great for soaking after a hike. Easy parking on site. Cassidy responded rapidly to our text messages. Downsides- not many, we stayed a week, and no laundry facilities, so plan accordingly. There is a keurig, but the coffee pods were not refilled so we ran out quickly, I think there were 5 or 6 pods. Luckily there was a stove and microwave so we could heat up some amazing cold brew coffee- there is a great collection of cold brews at the local grocery store!

This tiny house is the perfect landing pad! It’s in prime downtown Moab where shops and restaurants are a 5 min walk away. It’s 10 mins to Arches and about 25 minutes to Canyonlands. The place itself is lovely!!!! Beautifully decorated, clean and efficient (great stocked kitchen and bathroom). Highly recommended!!!

Last minute find, place was nice, 3 beds, quiet location. Parking lot was full when we arrived. Foam bed i think, I didn’t find it particularly comfortable but GF liked it. Strong cleaner smell (pine sol) was overwhelming when we walked in. Place seemed clean, but painted concrete floors had some areas where paint chipped, so it looked like floor was dirty. Overall, nice place in great location and definitely worth $ compared to other options.

We loved the courtyard within the gated community and it was secluded away from the busyness of Main Street. There was a small issue with the front door lock and Cassidi responded quickly to the concern. Overall, this was a great spot and we would love to stay again when we visit Moab in the future!

My wife and I traveled to Moab for a little adventure break. We were thrilled to find Kokopelli West, and everything about our stay was terrific. The little cottages are incredibly clean, utilitarian, comfortable, etc. In fact, we are hoping to build one like it on our property south of Denver! The location was perfect… Just a block west of Main Street, close to restaurants, Arches and hiking trails. Everything we needed for our stay in terms of kitchen and bathrooms was provided. The courtyard and hot tub and communal fire area was a terrific place to relax at the end of the day. Cassidi’s guidebook was also super helpful and informative. We will definitely be back!

It's a great little place - perfect for my 2-night stay in Moab! Easy to access, walking distance to Moab restaurants, super efficient little studio with everything I needed. I didn't have time to enjoy it - but there is a shared outdoor fireplace and a hot tub that looked great :-). Everything was clean and tidy, and the studio had everything I needed. Communication, check-in, and check-out are all super easy. I would definitely stay again.

The place was so clean and we enjoyed it so much that next time we will bring our kids so they can sled on the bunk beds. We found that we could walk to any restaurant we wanted. Can’t wait for the next adventure that brings us back here.
