I'll start by saying the location in proximity to town and Arches is 5/5. Can't beat it. Overall this is a solid spot, with a mostly clean space, I'll mention a caveat below. Here's why my overall rating is a 4. 1.)Bunk beds aren't super for kids. No safety guards in place. Our daughter ended up sleeping with us. My son slept in the bottom bunk but dirty footprints on the mattress above him were slightly off-putting 2.)Storage was ok. I expect a tiny house to maximize creative space usage. Not the case here. We could have benefitted from more hooks for clothing and towels and a collapsible table or two. 3.)Cable issues. TV is not a normal priority for us but we visited during March Madness. The service was so spotty and intermittent that we needed to go out to watch games both nights 4.) Call me spoiled but weve grown accustomed to a snack, small gift, memento or something of the like at our stays. Nothing to speak of here. Overall, a solid spot but no wow factor here.

Cozy, small place in the heart of Moab, but very quiet and private, with great sound and heat insulation. Enough space for the 2 of us, nice shaded outdoor courtyard shared with similar unit where we sat to read or enjoy some food. We walked to plenty of restaurants and coffee places in 5 mins. Very clean and new, well kept, nicely furnished. Not cheap, but worth it. We'd definitely recommend it.

It's right in the middle of Moab, and it has a hot tub, a fire pit, and a BBQ, all of which we made good use of. We would 100% stay here again when we come back to Moab. Highly, highly recommended!

Cassidi's place was exactly what my partner and I needed for a short but sweet stop in Moab. The cozy cabin hit the right balance in maximizing the space with all the necessities needed while still feeling spacious and comfortable. It's also within walking distance of a lot of really cool restaurants and more. Cassidi is also very proactive in communicating. It was a nice surprise when she texted that the cabin was ready more than an hour before our 4pm check-in time. Overall, highly recommended! One small tip if you're staying here: if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring an eye mask in case your neighbors leave their outdoor lights on!

My husband and I celebrated our one-year anniversary here, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The Airbnb was perfectly cozy and just the right size for the two of us. We loved how easy it was to grab our things and head straight to our excursions, plus it’s right down the street from so many restaurants and stores. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. We truly have no complaints and are already looking forward to coming back!

Cassidi was super responsive the entire trip, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, the AC was super cold, and the bathroom included all the last minute traveling necessities. My only recs would be to take care of the ants, as we saw a few on the floor, and to adjust to an 11 AM check-out as it aligns more with avg hotel times and would allow a little more time for early morning hikes. I ADORED the look and feel of the place—it totally fit the Moab vibe and I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for everything, Cassidi! :)

Our stay was everything we dreamed of and more! Everything was just like the pictures, the kitchen was well stocked, the place was easy to find and everything was super clean. It was right in the middle of town so easily walkable to restaurants and close drive to both Canyonlands and Arches National Park. She even provided some toiletries. Upon booking, she sent a very well laid out website with a bunch of recommendations for activities, excursions, restaurants and more. It made planning our trip very easy. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place!

This was a great little home within a short walk to all the restaurants and businesses in downtown Moab, and the fully stocked kitchen was great for making an early breakfast to get out into the parks before the sun came up. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

I had rented another unit that had last minute AC problems, Cassidi was super proactive about contacting me on my way into town and ultimately moved us into another unit that was more comfortable with working AC for our entire stay. I’d stay with Cassidi again just based on her responsiveness and concern about proactively addressing potential issues. She was dealing with all of this on a Sunday, which had to be stressful for her as well. She had a great property, super clean, easy in/out and instructions for use, had a great location that was walkable to bars and restaurants in the evening.

Thanks for the stay. The cottage was comfortable, new and convenient as it is right downtown and a comfortable walk to everything on main street. Even though the unit irrelatively small, it felt spacious with high ceilings and plenty of skylights and windows to give an outdoor feeling.

Wow I can't even begin to describe how perfect this AirBnb was First it was one block off of Main...

Wow, I can't even begin to describe how perfect this AirBnb was! First, it was one block off of Main Street in Moab - so easy to walk to everything, but away from the vehicle noise. Second, every little thing in the studio was so perfectly thought out. They maximized the space without making anything feel overcrowded. I cannot believe how many things were inside this studio - from the full wall kitchen to the king bed to the large bathroom to the 2 person desk/table to the 2 bunk beds. Then you get to the outside...there were 2 chairs to enjoy the cute little courtyard in between all of the studios. This courtyard included a hot tub, dining area, fire place, bike storage, etc. And even with all of the studios, I never felt like I was sharing too much space with other people (unless I wanted to). I highly highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in Moab with 2-4 people, wants to be near the action, but in an oasis away from all the people. I will definitely be returning!

The host allowed us to check in early when my son was sick and just needed to get to be for rest, it was so gracious of her!! Right in downtown about 10ish minutes from the arches and 25-30 minutes for canyonlands. It is quite small and we were unaware the hot-tub was communal, but overall nice stay. If you’re looking for a quick trip to mainly be outside this is a perfect spot 😀

A decent spot in a good location. The space is small but functional for two people. Shower is very small but good water pressure. A good location and walking distance to many restaurants. There was construction right next door which was super loud every morning, but otherwise it was quiet. The door lock worked but several times it attempted to unlock but failed and we had to jiggle the door for the unlocking mechanism to work properly. A decent base in Moab.

We really enjoyed the location - walkable for town stuff, mountain biked directly from trail (Pipeline) to unit easily, and the Thai restaurant next door was awesome (we ate there 2 of 3 nights). While the house is one of ten (?) units that are part of this facility, it felt like you had your own space AND a comfortable shared space. Well thought out. Note that hot tub is drained weekly on Sunday and it takes several/many hours to heat back up. We hope to stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay with my two kids and husband. The room was beautiful and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Just a few miles to the Arches National Park entrance and within walking distance to downtown Moab. The guest guide provided prior to arrival was an amazing touch! I would say it covered just about anything you could think of to ask. It was like having a local guide at your fingertips. Really loved it here and will definitely be staying here again should we return to the area for a second visit.

Great location, easily walkable to the Main Street and restaurants and shops. Cassidi’s home, which is super cute and very clean, worked really well for us (2 adults), it also had a couple of bunk spaces available. We didn’t cook while we were there but the place had pots pans, sharp knives, dish cleaning products, etc. we did make use of the Keurig, a blender would be the only thing that I would add to the wish list. The home has AC and plenty of hot water for showers. We used the very clean and private hot tub once, and there were large towels available but it was warm enough that we air dried in the porch chairs outside the space. Easy parking at the location. Neighbors were very quiet. I think that it would also be a cozy place to stay in Winter. All in all, a really great place to stay!
