This cute tiny house was a great place to stay for one night while traveling through Moab. Very clean and comfortable, tucked away in a little complex of similar houses with shared outdoor space, and a quick and easy walk into town. Despite being in close proximity to a bunch of other similar units, it was very quiet at night. The hot tub is shared and we unfortunately didn't get a chance to use it since other guests were always in it during our brief one night stay, but hopefully next time!

We loved staying here for a long weekend! The location was perfect (easily walkable to restaurants, shops, coffee, etc.) and it was easy to get in and out of the property. The only negative is the same as the last review - it was not completely clean, specifically in the bathroom. Our shower also had the last person's hair in it and we had to clean it up ourselves. Other than that, we had a great stay!

I absolutely loved this place. Close to everything and super accessible. The place had everything that I needed. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was big. For a tiny home, the space was well made with cabinets, extra storage, and the bed was really comfortable. The hot tub was also very clean and warm and I took advantage of it my last day. Would definitely stay here again no hesitation. Thank you Cassidi! What a pleasure to have had found such a wonderful place.

Super cute, clean, charming comfortable home base for your Moab vacation. Easy to find place with plenty of parking and all the amenities you would need. We had great communication with Cass and had all the information about the place months before we arrived, thanks to her informative link that explained everything. It was easy to roll in, get into the unit, and then walk everywhere in downtown Moab. This was a wonderful experience all around and would 10/10 definitely recommend.

This is such a great air bnb! The lodging was very well appointed, and all of the finishes were very professional - you can tell these studios were made with love! It started raining in the middle of the night and the sound of the rain on the tin roof was such a treat! Most importantly, the bed was comfy and my husband and I both woke up free from back pain (after a week of hiking - that says a lot!) I was really surprised by the quality of this air bnb for the price. We’re hoping to book this again with friends - the courtyard would be perfect for bbqing with friends but private enough for everyone to have their own studio after a day of exploring nature.

We loved this spot! Great location - downtown and yet located in a peaceful cove … easily walkable to multiple restaurants and local shopping. Next door to Thai Bella which was our favorite. Perfect spot to land for a long weekend of biking and hiking. Loved the outdoor bike rack availability (with overhead cover) and spot to rinse our bikes when the day was done. Hot tub was great (and super clean!) after multiple full days of movement! The outdoor fire pit and patio chairs were also a great (and peaceful) way to end each day ❤️. Will definitely be back!!

Only thing with a slight problem was how much light showed up in the room when we were tying to sleep. They had window covers but little windows in the door and it was extremely bright and no way to cover it up so my husband and I had a a really hard time adjusting to the light.

The location is easily walkable to all the restaurants and shops in town. It’s tucked in a little area with a few other similar units and felt very safe. We appreciated that there was a menu guide for the local restaurants so we had an idea of what sounded good before leaving. Quick drive to Arches (10ish minutes?) and the northern portion of Canyonlands (~30-45min) for those looking to hike. The place was clean and had everything we could need. Cassidi was a great host and was very communicative. Will be recommending this to friends traveling to Moab!

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway and Cassidi’s place was perfect for what we needed! It was quiet, within walking distance of downtown, clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the high windows. We could see the starry night sky from the comfort of our bed. We were sad to find out the hot tub was a community hot tub. It was occupied by other tenants every time we wanted to go so we were never able to enjoy that. Otherwise it was the perfect fit! Highly recommend.

The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. We had trouble with the fire pit but the host was very responsive. Unlike most Airbnbs, clean up/check out was a breeze! Highly recommend.

Been to Moab about a dozen times but this was a first-time visit for my wife Honestly can't say enough...

Been to Moab about a dozen times, but this was a first-time visit for my wife. Honestly can't say enough great things about Kokopelli Lodge. Prime location close to everything (easily walkable), but somehow feels like you're a world away. Nice to have your own place without connected walls. A true home away from home. The room was clean and amply equipped with towels, linens, cooking items, etc. Huge bonus having the hot tub outside. I noticed it being cleaned and serviced on multiple occasions, so 5-stars for maintenance. We were there during a relatively slow time, so it kind of felt like we had the place to ourselves. Bottom line...in all my visits to Moab, this was my favorite place. You can tell Cassidi poured her heart and soul into it. What else can I say? If you're looking to visit Moab, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! Cheers.

Everything was clean, efficient and as described. Loved eating our leftovers at the window, for lunch and heading. back out to bike and hiking trails, restaurants and bars. Cassidy was very responsive and friendly and the guide book, very helpful…definitely would go back!
