My dad recently found out his cancer is in remission and we took a trip, just the two of us, to celebrate. Cassidy’s place was SO perfect. The location was quiet, but an easy walk or drive to downtown. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. My dad spent time in the hot tub and it was also very clean. The outdoor space was perfect for sitting and enjoying the weather. We could not have picked a better place to stay and would definitely stay here again. We had a really wonderful time.

For a six-person stay, there was only one bathroom, which was inconvenient. Although we only had three people, I had this impression. It would be great if they could add half of another bathroom or half of a full bathroom. But they have clear instructions and the house is super neat.

Cassidi’s place was really great- everything was in great working order and well appointed. The hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking. Cassidi reached out proactively with information, including letting us know when the cleaners were done so that we could arrive early. The beds were really comfortable and the electronics were easy to use. Will definitely stay here again when in Moab!

This is a lovely, thoughtfully designed place in an ideal location. We appreciated all the touches that made this a very comfortable base for exploring Moab's outdoor gems. We will gladly stay here again on a future Moab trip.

Great location: about 15 minutes to Arches, 2 minutes to grocery or restaurants. Jacuzzi was running even in the middle of winter, and there were plenty of big, fluffy towels. The beds were comfy and as shown. It looks modern and nice and worked great for our family. It's a set of 6 condo apartments set on a corner with lots of parking both in the back and front. Other reviews mentioned the noise from other neighbors, but I think it just depends on who is staying when you're there - we didn't have any issues. I'd definitely recommend this spot!

The condo was perfect for our stay. We were in Moab to visit arches, national Park and canyonlands. Both parks were in close proximity to the condo. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the condo every day and it had everything that we needed. My only complaint is that the hot tub was not working properly. The temp was at 89° during the day and supposed to be set for 104 in the winter. One of the other guests had turned it up but it took several hours to to get to temperature. Despite it saying that it was 104°, it felt like a lukewarm bathtub.

Our stay in Moab was everything we could have asked for. Great location, loved the town and literally the best mattress we’ve ever had at an Airbnb (or hotel for that matter). We spent long days at both Arches and Canyonlands nearby and relaxed in the hot tub every night. Definitely worth booking.

All the amenities really helped us wind down after exploring the arches in Canyon lands parks. Really appreciated the digital guidebook with recommendations on restaurants. We enjoyed love muffin Café and the Sultan Grill. Overall highly recommend and would definitely rebook when we return to the area.

My buddies and I had a great time staying at this Airbnb. The place is new, clean, and good for hanging out. It was well stocked with towels, utensils, and such. It matched the photos/description so there were no surprises. It's also at a great location, within 5-10 min walking distance of the town which has restaurants, shops, and bars. There's also a park nearby for kiddos. The hosts were very responsive and the check-in process was seamless. Overall, I'd consider it a very good price for what you get and I'd stay here again the next time I'm in Moab.

Cassidi checked in with us over message upon check in to make sure everything was comfortable. We were traveling with my parents and they appreciated the attention to detail such as the non slip shower mat that was available under the sink. I would highly recommend!

If you have kids there is a nice baseball field short walking distance with a small play area and we found a public library that has a “kids corner” it was perfect for a hot summer evening where being outside was hard. Cassidi recommended a park to us a short 2 minutes away and it was fantastic! The location over all is far enough away from Main Street that you don’t hear the traffic but close enough to get to all the places easily.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay in Moab! The home was spotless, updated, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite features was the nostalgic phone booth out front—such a fun touch—and the view of Lion’s Back from the property was stunning. We were lucky enough to be there for the 4th of July and could see both the parade and fireworks right from the front porch! The neighborhood was quiet, and the outdoor spaces were peaceful and very inviting. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for our short weekend trip to visit Arches national park! It was comfortable, had everything we needed, and is so close to Arches. It’s also within walking distance to downtown so we got to easily explore the town of Moab and do some shopping during our stay.

We stayed there for about three days and two nights and I can say that it was one of the best experiences we had renting a place to stay. The apartment was ready for us even before the check-in time and we were able to get there early. It has a Great location, it was very close to the Main Street and grocery store and restaurants. Overally it was an amazing place for us as 6 adults to stay comfortably. Also after a long day hiking and visiting the Arches we used awesome hot tub outside of the property and such a relief it was. I’m recommending this place to anyone who is visiting Moab.

The national parks and scenic drives very immaculate. Felt right at home with how long we stayed there. I recommend this spot if want a quiet or quick gettaway from home. And wanting to hike travel and try out new restaurants. Very beautiful spot

One of the best Airbnb ever stayed, comfy, spacious, well-equipped (free laundry!). The location is also a plus, a few blocks from the big streets and thus is very quiet, but is nevertheless very close to everything. The room is also stocked with a lot of utensils including plates, silverware, pans and pots. One minor thing that could have made our stay better is that the shampoo and shower gel is not quite enough for a 3 day stay for three people. Other than that, this is a perfect place to stay for a family, will definitely come again.
