We had a wonderful time at Cassidy's place, it's a beautiful apartment, clean, confortable, very well located. We were able to walk to Main Street to great restaurants, cafes and shops. The only thing that disappointed us was that the hot tub and patio are not private, you have to share them with the other apartments' guests. In our case, we couldn't enjoy more than 10 minutes in the hot tub during our 3 nights stay.

This was a great place to stay while exploring Moab w/ my children. Downtown is a short 10 minute walk so we were able to walk there in the evenings. There are restaurants, gift shops, dessert, and groceries all within walking distance. The condo had a bunk bed room with room enough for 4 of them to stay. There were puzzles and cards which they enjoyed playing. The coffee maker was clean and easy to use which is extremely important while traveling. Everything was clean and orderly.

Great location, very easy to walk to downtown Moab for food/shops/etc. We had a great stay! The hot tub was also super nice after a long day outdoors. The electric lock code could be a little tricky and not want to work on the touch pad, but for the most part we figured it out. You can also hear the neighbors pretty well, even when they just watch TV or an alarm goes off in their room, however we were so worn out from outdoor adventures that it didn’t bother us too much. We had a lovely stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our two grown sons and really liked it. Great location — close to Arches, Canyonlands, and a bunch of other spots we explored. Easy drive to everything, and walkable to town but still quiet since it’s off the main road. The house had a lot of the basics we didn’t have to run out and buy (trash bags, dish soap ...), which was really nice. We liked that it was clean and not cluttered, and we used the hot tub one night after driving all day from SLC — perfect. Only thing was the queen bunk bed was kind of hard to get in and out of and a little wobbly. Probably would work better as two beds. But overall it was a great stay and we’d really come back.

My family of four spent a week in #6, an upstairs unit. We found it very comfortable, well-stocked for meal prep, nice beds, nice shower. The outdoor area was much nicer than the photos -- leafy and pleasant. We had family over and used the grill and hot tub, it was perfect for hosting outside. All of the units are short-term rentals, which I liked because the other travellers were friendly and we didn't feel like we were invading anyone's space. Added bonus -- Cassidi got back to me instantly with answers to questions, and when I left some things behind she offered to mail them for me and refused any compensation. Much appreciated!! Great experience.

We loved our stay in the Modern Mesa Upper Unit 6! We've stayed in a few different locations around Moab and this was by far our favorite neighborhood. We loved being able to walk to Milt's and downtown so easily and we loved the coffee at Mas Cafe. We also enjoyed the beautiful shared patio with the grill, fire pit and hot tub. We hope to stay here again on future visits.

I loved this space and the location is excellent. We stayed in the off season (winter) and it was very reasonably priced because of that. I'm not sure what the pricing is for on season. But the place was spacious, with modern, but comfortable furniture. Cassidi, the host, was super responsive to all our questions, even at off hours, which was great. A few things to note for those who are picky: Cookware was sparse, with only 4 small and medium-sized pots and pans. Not an issue for us, but might be an issue for folks with larger parties staying here. Also, the walls are a bit thin, as we could hear our downstairs neighbor watching TV (and I don't think they had the volume up very loud). Again, not an issue for us, but might be something to consider if you are sensitive to noise. All that said, we would absolutely stay here again, and look forward to coming back to Moab.

This is a great apartment and we had an excellent stay. It was very clean and comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. It's in a great location and it's only a few minutes' walk to Main Street and good restaurants. There's plenty of off-street parking behind the building. The kitchen is well supplied and we were able to make some of our own meals. The heating worked well and pretty quickly, which was much appreciated on cold evenings when we came back from hikes. We loved the hot tub. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything (and everyone else can hear you as well). Checking in and out were both very easy and simple. There were three in our group and it's a very comfortable unit for three. Everything was as described and as expected. This was a great place and I would stay here again. Thanks!

This is second story of an apartment/condo so I did feel kind of bad for those below us. We could hear them, and I'm sure they could hear us. I don't think this deterred from our experience though. It was such a cute place, well renovated! Located just blocks from downtown Moab, so we got lots of great takeout. Comfortable accommodations for us, an almost 2-year-old (slept in a pack-and-play in the bunk room) and a 6-month-old. Each room had a large TV, which was nice when we needed to separate the toddler from the pack (ie when baby was sleeping) or when just looking to unwind. We would absolutely stay here again!

Cassidy was very responsive and the apartment had everything (kitchen, toiletries, towels) we needed. Great location as well! To note, #2, 4, 6 are upstairs and 1, 3, 5 are downstairs.

This place was amazing! Exactly like the photos online and check in was a breeze. The hottub, BBQ and laundry were an added bonus. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Cassidy was very responsive and the apartment had everything (kitchen, toiletries, towels) we needed. Great location as well! To note, #2, 4, 6 are upstairs and 1, 3, 5 are downstairs.
