The location of this place is great! It was awesome for people with bikes and families. Walkable or bikeable to downtown. The outdoor space was awesome for eating, cleaning bikes, and transferring gear around. We used the bike cleaning station and storage every day. Unfortunately someone broke the hot tub and we weren’t able to use it. But that would have been a nice addition. Cassidy quickly offered to let use the hot tub at another nearby property, which was great. Moab is a magical place! We can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Cassidi’s properties. I looked for their property this time because our last stay was clean, comfortable and smooth. Cleanliness is so important to me and their places are always well maintained. During our stay, we contacted them stating there might be an issue. They responded quickly and kindly. Brought a professional to check things out and made sure everything was okay.

We stayed here in February 2026. Very convenient walkable to the main strip with all the restaurants, but a few blocks back so you don't deal with all the road noise. Everything went smoothly during our stay. Wi-Fi worked well. Kitchen was nice to have. Laundry is outside but in a covered shed and was free. I would stay here again if I was in Moab.

We had a great stay at Purple Sage Flats #3 and would absolutely recommend it. The unit was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it an ideal place to relax after full days exploring Moab. The bedroom was cozy with a comfortable bed, and the décor throughout felt warm and intentional without being overdone. The kitchen was well laid out and fully functional—perfect for easy meals and morning coffee. The living area was bright and inviting, with comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind in the evenings. The location is excellent: close enough to downtown Moab for convenience, yet quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy, and access to Arches, Canyonlands, and local trails was quick and straightforward. Overall, Purple Sage Flats #3 exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet, and well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others visiting Moab.

Overall, the apartment was pleasant and clean. The area is quiet and not on a main road. The apartment is slightly smaller than in the photos but suitable for one person or a couple. kitchen is well equipped with cookware, spices and oil spay. and a mid-sized fridge. There are ACs in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was clean with a strong bleach smell, but too dark. The address was easy to find with Google Maps. The location is great- about 15 minutes to Arches and 40 minutes to Canyonlands. There is plenty of street parking below the apartment. A washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies are available outside. A few notes: The gas stove requires a lighter and none was provided; I used the one outside near the fire pit. The heating didn’t work for me on the first night. The host gave tips, but when I asked for an extra blanket she stopped responding. I eventually took a blanket from the extra bed and “fixed” the ac. The sofa is uncomfortable and sinks in.

This is run by a management company so it functions and looks kind of like a hotel. Housekeeping will knock on the door bright and early. We accidentally slept in after arriving after 3 AM and then had a panic leaving. My poor teenager being slightly scared to death by the loud knock right behind her head from where the Murphy bed was. That's not what I'm typically looking for from an Airbnb experience versus a hotel. It appears there are 8 units. A sign to differentiate the buildings might be helpful. The space, decor, and fabrics all read very hotel vs unique Airbnb. The bed circumstances were a little odd. That said, it was good for what we needed, a clean and affordable place to crash for the night and then head to Arches. The location was on a quiet street with green grass and nice trees. It was very convenient to shops and food.

Cassidi’s place was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and the hot tub was amazing after a day of hiking arches. The only critic I could give would be the 10am check out. It didn’t really affect us as we were out before then. But I could see that being a small inconvenience for some people. I definitely prefer an 11 or noon check out in case we want to sleep in. The back patio area is awesome with the BBQ and fire pit. She has done an amazing job with the property. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we come explore Moab.

Très beaux logements, bien placé et bien équipé. Á 300 mètres de la rue principale, très vivante, et á 15 mn en voiture du Park Arches. Les extérieurs sont agréables et bien équipés Un local de lavage/séchage avec six machines et de la lessive est à disposition . Nous avons pu faire un superbe barbecue avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et finir notre soirée dans un spa très agréable qui nous attendait. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

My husband and I were on a week long roadtrip and were looking for a place near Canyonlands and Arches. Cassidi’s place was perfect! The neighborhood was nice, close to local restaurants, and even had a cute coffee shop just down the road. Being on the road, we planned to do laundry, so having a nice laundry facility was a big perk too. The place was cozy and a great spot for us to relax after long days exploring the nearby national parks. We hope to come back again!

Cassidi's place was excellent, walking distance to everything in Moab, and easy to get to national parks. The laundry and hot tub were a huge bonus. I ended up having an issue with the refrigerator. Cassidi was incredibly responsive and did everything she could to resolve the problem. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily come back.

My wife and I set up a last minute stay at the Purple Sage Flats and it worked perfectly for us. The space was great for the two of us for the two days we were there. Main Street was just a short walk away and driving to the two nearby parks was easy. We had been on the road for a week so we took advantage of the washer/dryer that was right outside the unit. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked.

We had a really wonderful stay at the Purple Sage Flats! The check-in process was very clearly explained and super easy, and Cassidi let us know that we were able to get in a few hours early, which was awesome! The apartment was super clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic cooking items we might have needed (even some spices!), and there were full ice trays in the freezer! The location is great for walking downtown (just a couple blocks away from the main street), and was super comfortable to hang out in for a few days. We didn't use the outdoor hangout spaces much since it was cold outside, but the hot tub was awesome! There were multiple super helpful guides to the area, including a newspaper thing with full menus of some local restaurants, and which food places and grocery stores were open on Thanksgiving day! Overall we loved our stay and will probably stay here again the next time we are in Moab (we'll definitely be back)!
