Great location and amenities! Everything was very clean from the inside of the apartment to the outside. The hot tub and laundry room were easy to access and both very clean. Definitely recommend the place!

Unfortunately the hot tub was not at the airbnb when we arrived, a huge draw to this booking for us was the hot tub and we were unable to utilize it for over half of our stay because it was getting repaired and that was not openly stated to us among our arriving which was a bit frustrating. Other than this amenity not being ready the first two days of our 3 night stay, it was a nice airbnb in Moab.

The place was great! Pros the place had plenty of space for us during our visit Check-in was easy with the door code Cons...

Pros: the place had plenty of space for us during our visit. Check-in was easy with the door code. Cons: toenail clippings left in the bathroom, mildewy shower curtain, clogged/slow to drain shower, only cold water coming out of the sink in the bathroom, the main bed was really noisy making it hard to get a restful nights’ sleep. There was some sort of altercation across the street from the stay as there were broken mirrors strewn about the street and the cops came to manage things. The owner also did not inform us ahead of time that the hot tub (the main selling point and title of the listing) was not available for the duration of our stay. It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time since that was the main draw of this Airbnb.

This apartment is perfectly fine for a place to sleep in between being out and about. The beds are decent, it was clean. Very minimal kitchen tools. We appreciated the laundry.

The location was within walking distance to town and that was helpful. The pictures made me think the 2 twin beds were in a separate room and not the living room. Every time we came in there was a musty smell. I just don’t think air circulates well. Opening windows helps, but not when it gets hot. The shower has zero pressure! I didn’t wash my hair because there would be no way I could get the shampoo out. Over all it was okay, but we could have stayed in a hotel for the same price with a pool.

Heerlijk verblijf op rustige locatie met veel privacy. Gratis en vlakbij kunnen parkeren. We zijn niet gaan lopen naar restaurant en supermarkt maar alles met auto gedaan en dan is de afstand ook goed te doen. Contact met Cassidi was goed, ze reageerde altijd snel.

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. I especially appreciated the availability to use the laundry area as we´ve been in a road trip for many days and this came handful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We loved that we were within walking distance of the main street, yet the location was quiet at night. Even better was that we could easily do laundry on the premises, especially after so many long and sweaty hikes in the day. Thanks for the amazing experience and we would definitely come back here!

The guide that was sent ahead of time was super helpful and made checking in and out super easy. It was so helpful to have washer and dryer access. We would love to stay again!

Absolutely awesome place to stay. We will not bother looking anywhere else when we visit Canyonlands or Arches again. This place was immaculate! Perfect for us 2 adults and 2 kids. Our 9 year old LOVED the bed nook, and our 4 year old was enthralled by the Murphy bed. Fantastic!

Great location, had everything we needed. Wash and dryer aren’t in the unit specifically, but somewhere on the property. We happen to not need them anyway! Several nights we walked down to main street, close to several restaurants and coffee shops! The street the apartments are on did have a lot of UTV traffic, not a bother at all to my husband and I, but figured I would mention it as we did see a surprising amounts at most times of the day!! Cassidi had lovely lil shampoo/conditioner/lotion/makeup wipes, plenty of fresh towels, and even beach towels! Honestly, this place is just ready to walk into and start your vacation!! We loved this place and plan to stay again in the future for sure!!!

Cassidi’s place was ideal for a Moab stay. The description was accurate and it was a few blocks away from Main Street. It was nice to have the park nearby, which gives some good local energy to the neighborhood. I was glad to call this place home base after my daily hikes and during my stay.

Cassidi’s place was located in the heart of Moab! Only a 2 min drive to all of the restaurants we went to and 15-20 mins from arches and about 40 mins from dead horse point state park. It was very clean and cozy! Would definitely stay there again when returning to Moab.
