This was one of our favorite airbnbs that we’ve stayed at! This condo was so clean and was very walkable to downtown Moab! We walked to dinner almost every night. The only downside was the walls are thin, so you hear the neighbors a lot especially on the stairs. But we use a sound machine when we sleep and didn’t have any issues! We also loved having a nice area out back to sit and enjoy the evenings!

Location was great and place was clean. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything other people in other units are doing. The fabric on the couches were peeling off and in bad shape which was disappointing, but otherwise the place was clean and the host was helpful and responsive. No massive complaints, just a couple things to be aware of.

this was our first stay at purple Sage flats. i liked that it was in a walkable neighborhood. i also liked how well it was designed with a laundry area and a hot tub. the only thing we hadn't realized was that the top bunk of the bunk bed was too close to the ceiling for an adult to safely access it without hitting their head on a supporting beam. my friend ended up sleeping on the couch instead. luckily, there were extra blankets available for us to use.

I particularly appreciated the easy to follow and thorough welcome instructions that including everything we needed to know about the property as well as an extensive list of restaurants, menus and resources to access during our stay. The property was very clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated, centrally located with a fantastic hot tub. Thank you Cassidi for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. Close enough to walk to Main Street but far enough away to not feel busy. Moab is a frequent stop for us on long weekends and this location is great for us. I cooked three dinners in the kitchen and had what I needed. Also loved the back patio area that was set up with chairs, grill, bike workstand, hot tub, and bike storage. Would stay there again.

The location was perfect—just a short drive to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, with plenty of great local restaurants and shops nearby. Our stay was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up for both relaxation and adventure. If you’re visiting Moab, whether for outdoor thrills or to simply soak in the beauty of the desert, I highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to come back!

I would love to come back again hoping it would still be available. Also that jacuzzi is as clean as it can get and super relaxing such a nice addition to the say.

This is perhaps the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in, especially considering the price. It's well-designed, as if by someone who has really lived there, noticed little things and done them right. For example, it is very easy to find the building when driving because it has a big purple sage painted on it. At night, there's a dim but visible glowing purple sign. So I always knew exactly where I needed to stop and park without having to squint at the map. Another example: the kitchen has a door that opens into the shared backyard for the property. This door has a frosted glass pane. This means the kitchen gets some wonderful light during the day, but we also get a measure of privacy from other guests and cleaning staff that access the backyard. And of course, all the usual things are just as one expects: comfortable bed, working kitchen, fast wifi, everything clean, everything good. My fiance and I stayed for a week and she worked her remote job. It went great.

This is a great place to stay. It was comfortable and cozy. The hot tub is really nice. It’s a quick walk off of Main Street, which is where all the restaurants are.. at the same time. The kitchen was stocked with cookware to do some good cooking at what I called home for three weeks. Cassidy was a great host and very responsive.
