Looks just like the pictures. A little smaller than I thought. My friends cancelled so I was all by my lonesome. Perfectly peaceful. I got the best sleep. I’m afraid I didn’t make too much use of the place - as cute as it was. Got there at 8:30pm and was up and out at 6:30am. Decor and bed linens were fabulous. Water pressure great. Awesome stay. So close to Arches. The town was adorable.

Cassidi's place was very nice and she responded very quickly to a non-functioning lamp. The only problem was I did not know that it was an upstairs apartment. We are 75 and 80 and stairs are difficult for us. Overall, I would recommend it.

However there was a bathroom mirror and two small mirrors around the Airbnb. Overall, the place was clean and easy to check in and I was happy with my stay!

Cassidi had fantastic communication and the information provided for restaurants/things to do was perfect. We arrived rather late from Denver and the keyless entry made for easy entry. The location was perfect and it was a cute building! The bedding in the main bedroom was cute and comfortable. Water pressure was great. However- we booked solely to use the hot tub that was described in the reviews as a “top amenity”. Cassidi sent us the hot tub gate code the day before arrival, clearly knowing it was not in service….nothing done to rectify the situation. A bit disappointing since it was an extremely expensive Airbnb.

The bathroom was well stocked and the shower had a great water pressure. The backyard is a nice place to relax. Would recommend!

Overall, this was a perfectly fine place from which to enjoy a few days in Moab! The apartment has everything one needs to be comfortable! It was easy walking distance to 3 excellent restaurants (2 blocks away) while still on a quiet street with plenty of parking. The use of the bike shed was great! Nice shower, comfy king size bed which, however, could use a warmer comforter for chilly nights! There were a few points which made it less than perfect! It's an older building and there was a musty smell when we first arrived in the apartment. The walls are thin so one can hear the neighbors talking in the living room. The communal fire pit/backyard, while a nice concept, are right underneath the bedroom window, so, when in use, it's noisy up until 10 pm, so bring ear plugs!

Purple Sage Flats#7 was perfect for our 2 day stay in Moab. The apartment was easy to find and had easy entry with a key pad. The interior was clean and inviting. Cute twin bed nook in the living room. The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed for a spaghetti dinner and a simple chicken Caesar salad dinner. It was nice not to eat out after being on the road for a week prior. We used the hot tub both nights. I felt that the water was clean and well maintained. I appreciated having beach towels to use instead of using the bath towels. The backyard is adorable with a fire pit and grill. It was too cold to use them tho. I would definitely stay here again!

Cassidi has thoughtfully considered everything we would need for a restful stay after adventuring in the beauty surrounding Moab. She was communicative, clear, friendly. The space was so comfortable. The beds were great. My kids loved the Murphy/ bunk bed and it was very easy to access. The shower was fantastic. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. And the hot tub after a day of hiking was the cherry on top. Great value. Would recommend!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich, der Check-in flexibel und einfach. Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight bei den kalten Temperaturen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

However, upon entering, there was a strong mildew smell—likely coming from the carpet—which was unpleasant. The bed and pillows felt quite basic and uncomfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with only VERY basic items. I probably wouldn’t stay here with kids, but overall, it was a decent place for a short stay. Just note that there’s a park across the street that plays loud music, pretty late

During our stay, there was a festival happening in the park across the street and so the noise was a little much after a long day of travel. Cassidi's Purple Sage Flats #7 is clean and cozy. The bedroom provides a comfortable king bed and the bathtub/shower water pressure is strong. Cassidi provides a separate laundry building for use by guests in all the flats. There are 3 large washing machines and 3 large dryers. They all worked well. The angled parking spaces on the street are convenient to the apartments. Note that all apartments require the use of stairs, a few down for 1st level and several up to 2nd level. The kitchen is stocked with necessary utensils, dishes and cookware. Cassidi is a responsive communicator and seeks to offer a comfortable place for guests.

This unit and location were wonderful and everything we needed as a group of 4 looking to explore the nearby national parks. It's just a couple blocks from Moab's main Street, far enough that the hustle and bustle are no longer audible but close enough that you can easily walk over and walk down that main street. The unit itself was lovely. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped with basic cooking equipment to make our own breakfasts and there was included supplies for making drip coffee to get the day started. Overall, very easy to recommend. You can chill in the unit if that's what you want, or it can just be your hub to rest and refuel and go out on the many adventures nearby.

We stayed at this AirBnB for 6 nights and loved it. It was a perfect base camp for our vacation to the Moab area, which included visits to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park and various other points of interest. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed comfortable. Water pressure strong and temperature always hot with a tankless heater. The location is a few blocks off the main drag, which made it both peaceful and quiet but also accessible/walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. Parking is on the street, but we always found a spot. The host is very responsive. The refrigerator wasn't working when we first arrived, but she got it fixed within a few hours of being notified. Although we didn't get a change to use them, the property also included several nice amenities, including a hot tub, on-site laundry, a grill, picnic table, fire pit and various outdoor communal seating areas. Would definitely stay here again.

The ambiance was great. We were sad that the hot tub wasn't working during our stay, but the host was very responsive. One of the better Air BnBs I've experienced.

The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry was definitely a plus with large washers and dryers and all the supplies included. Loved the high water pressured shower. The location was convenient to Arches and Canyonland National Parks and downtown Moab. We’ll be staying at Cassidi’s again when we visit in the future.

We were here for 3 nights and the proximity to the center of town, copious space, bike storage, firepit & hot tub, and other amenities really made our weekend trip as good as it could be. It was great being able to walk to main street for breakfast & dinner every day, and it was refreshing not having to worry about finding a parking spot. We were very comfortable staying here and will definitely be coming back for future Moab trips!

Great price, plenty of room for my 2 teens and I to sleep after spending the days hiking. Make sure you know many places are closed in the winter but still plenty of restaurants and grocery stores are open. Kitchen had everything to cook. It was nice we all had our own beds. We didn't use the hot tub but it and the laundry facility are both nice options, as well as the back area with a grill, picnic tables and lights. Our only issue was the beds are very firm which made all of our backs achy. The place was very clean. I was grateful there weren't others around as the one night there was, the walls are pretty thin. 100% worth staying during the winter when we were able to hike Canyonlands and Dead Horse and never pass a single soul. Awesomeness!

All three beds were already made, including the Murphy bed, and they were comfortable to sleep on. The thoughtful details made our stay even better, such as the comfortable laundry area, which included three washers and three dryers in a well-lit, air-conditioned cabin. The laundry machines were free to use and provided detergent, along with a table for sorting clothes. The outdoor hot tub looked enticing, though we didn't have time to use it. Pool towels were provided in the room, too.

We had a wonderful visit at The Purple Sage! Very clean and comfortable. We walked to the main street where there were nice shops and restaurants in Moab. Also a convenient to drive to the national parks in the area. I definitely recommend!

We stayed here for a girls weekend. Loved that we all had our own bed. Had room to hang out. The hot tub was a wonderful touch to our weekend away. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and items that we needed like wine glasses and coffee mugs. Great place to stay and walkable to downtown.

Had a great stay at Cassidi's airbnb. Location is perfect for Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and also very close to the downtown for restaurants, groceries, and other stores. The place itself is huge and exactly as described. Really enjoyed the backyard space-- has a nice grill and the hot tub was great to use after a long day of hiking. Cassidi is easily accessible by text and responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall, had a great stay and would recommend. Will choose to stay at Cassidi's place if I am back in Moab

We had a great stay at Cassadi's! The hot tub and backyard area was such a fun touch to the whole experience. The provided shampoo and conditioner were helpful and we had plenty of towels, pillows etc. This was a cute place to stay!
