Perfect place to stay My husband and I went to Moab for five days of hiking in Arches and Canyonlands...

Perfect place to stay! My husband and I went to Moab for five days of hiking in Arches and Canyonlands + some rock climbing. The house is super cute and modern inside. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious for being a tiny home. I thought the storage was very well thought out - there was even a little closet to hang clothes. The kitchen was all we needed to store hiking snacks & drinks and reheat carryout. We walked downtown most nights to grab food and drinks after long days of hiking. So many great restaurants in walking distance - it was ideal not having to find parking downtown which was always busy! I also spent some down time reading in the chairs on our front patio - it was super peaceful and quiet for being so close to downtown. Exactly what we needed for our time in Moab and would definitely stay again!

The stay was overall fine, but i wouldn’t stay here again. My primary issue is the water pressure in the shower. I felt like i couldn’t get clean and i definitely couldn’t wash my hair. Many reviews mention this but they’re all 5 stars so i didn’t read through them as detailed as i should have. In my opinion water pressure is on the same level of basic needs of a rental property as cleanliness, accurate descriptions of the property, and hot water are. Cassidi responded quickly, saying “this is typical of the desert”. Somehow i can’t believe that. Certainly hotels and other homes don’t have this problem. My thought is they put too many small homes(8)on the same line/pump and the pressure is being distributed equally. Also, i wanted to grill on my last night and the propane tank was out which ruined my dinner plans. Hair also found in the shower on the first night. Pros: Comfy bed and nice bedding! Great to have a stove and basic kitchen amenities. Location. Ac works well. Water was hot

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed this place. It was clean and comfortable, surprisingly quiet being off the main road, so easily walkable around town, and most importantly close to all of the amazingly beautiful sites. Since these parks are really popular we tried to be out the door by about 5:00 AM. We got to enjoy some great sunrises and early hikes before the crowds. Then you can come back and enjoy food at The Love Muffin, Thsi Bella and The Press. Host is really responsive.

First the pros of this place. Super location easy walikng around town and near multiple restaurants. Super safe location with plenty of easy parking and quite since its one block off the msin highway. Place was clean. There were some cons also. Mainly the water pressure. Not sure what can be done to make it better but something needs to be done. Barely able to take a shower it was so low. The bed itself was comfortable but the bed frame was very wobbly. We thought it was going to collapse. Every time you moved you felt like it was going to fall. Also the hot tub broke while we were there. Not the host fault but was really looking forward to relaxing in hot tub after hiking. They did offer for us to go to another property and use that hot tub but it was on the other side of town and we did not want to walk thru town wet or get in our car all wet. Also was supposed to have shampoo soap and such but only had 4 bottles of lotion. This was not a big deal for us as we carry ours

Overall, happy we stayed here while in Moab. Location is A+. It’s walkable to downtown and all the cute shops, has a highly rated restaurant RIGHT next door and , of course, super close to Arches NP. The inside was similar to a hotel room, good size for two people. Air conditioning worked amazingly. Outside had some communal furniture to use and also a hot tub which I never got to use sadly. I never heard noise from any other people who were staying next to us. My only negative was very low shower pressure in the unit I stayed in.

The host was very responsive and provided all the information we need at our stay, recommendations were also provided which is always a plus. I would highly highly recommend this studio if you’re looking to go to Arches or Canyonlands national park as it is a very short drive.

My only complaint, which I’m surprised others didn’t mention so take with a grain of salt, is that a decent amount of light comes in the windows at night. It doesn’t get fully dark, so if that’s important to you this may be a challenge. As others have mentioned, the water pressure is LOW. Bath is very nice though, so not a huge deal.

First of all the location is top notch It s extremely close to nearby attractions a short drive and great...

First of all, the location is top notch. It’s extremely close to nearby attractions (a short drive) and great restaurants (a short walk). There’s a private parking area and the “casitas” are in a courtyard all facing each other. There’s bike storage, a barbecue, and a semi-private hot tub area. The place itself is absolutely stunning. It feels very spacious, especially the bathroom. And every detail seems hand-curated and thoughtful, especially the kitchen. Cassidy is a very attentive and helpful host. Highly recommended all the way around!

The close proximity to the parks made it easy to get to morning and evening hikes and the cabin was enjoyable to work from in-between. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed(ding) was comfortable. This is one of the cutest Airbnbs that I've ever stayed at. Not only was the place extremely clean but it was just adorable. The condos are spaced well and the vibrant colors just make this a very peaceful place to stay. Also it's one of the cleanest hot tubs I've ever been in. I guess they change it once a week. The patio area is very welcoming with provided shade canopy and seating area. I didn't use the barbecue but I noticed that they had everything you needed to enjoy the outdoor space. The indoor space I thought it might be a bit small for me, but it was perfect. I loved the wall with the painting of the parks on it. I came on the day they were cleaning the hot tub but the bathtub was so huge that it felt so relaxing. I can't say enough good things about this place, and the host was very responsive. Not that I had a lot of questions, but I just wanted to confirm some things and she seemed very nice. I would definitely stay here again and we'll be recommending this place to others
