This is a very nice Airbnb. It wasn’t cluttered with a lot of stuff. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The grassy area in the back and shared with three other units was lovely. There was a patio table and big shade trees. The hot tub was clean. The kitchen had great dish ware but could have had a few extras like additional salt and pepper to cook with and sugar. Those are basics to me. But overall it was a comfortable and great place and I would highly recommend it.

Overall the unit was satisfactory. The beds were clean and there was ample bedding. The bath products were decent, although the water is so hard, they get used very quickly. There was sufficient space for the two of us, but more than that would be tight. The kitchen is functional but the cookware and utensils are limited. The back yard is spacious and the hot tub was a pleasure, but it was not clear the amenities are shared with 3 other units.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. Its location is great as well, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk or drive away. We spent three nights here and had absolutely zero things to complain about. Would gladly stay here again the next time we’re in Moab to explore the area. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our couple nights here in Moab. The street is quiet and very walkable. We all slept well and made ample use of the amenities. Cassidi was a very responsive and helpful host. The space is quaint, if a bit on the shabby side, which left me feeling a bit like the price to value ratio wasn’t quite right.
