This is a hard review. It had everything but was missing the wow factor to give it a 5 star. The place was clean and well maintained. It had all the listed amenities and nothing more. The space was smaller than expected. My friend described as the Amazon Basic of AirBnBs. Performed perfectly but not fancy. Quiet neighborhood. The appliances worked and how that 1980s electric range still had the original paint and markings was mystifying. Hot tub was clean and most of the jets worked. Check in and check out were super easy. It wasn’t listed but surprised it didn’t have a washer/dryer. All in all it was perfectly adequate for our stay.

Great location just off the downtown area of Moab! We walked to dinner downtown but also enjoyed the quietness of the tucked away neighborhood. The place had everything we needed, including extra towels for the hot tub. The hot tub was shared but we never saw other people using it so we had to it to ourselves! Cassidi was also very helpful in providing an array of local recommendations. Great stay!

Cassidi is a fantastic host! She was incredibly responsive and, above all, so kind throughout our stay. The Airbnb is nestled in a quiet neighborhood while still being conveniently close to downtown shops, restaurants, and coffee. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there—it was welcoming, comfortable, and the perfect home base for exploring Red Rocks and the surrounding area. The only small thing we noticed was that the floors could have used a little extra attention, as our socks picked up quite a bit of dirt while walking around. It wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. We’d gladly stay here again!

Cassidi’s place was a nice place to check into during our cross country road trip! Her home was close to everything including restaurants and coffee in town. It was a quick ride to Arches. My kiddos enjoyed a “movie night” on the pull out couch. I can’t complain about a clean & cozy spot with hot water after a long day! She has everything in there we could’ve needed for the night. Beds were soft if that matters to you but we slept great. The AC machine was quiet and worked well! Only thing I wish we got to do was enjoy the hot tub. I loved the colors and the beautiful details son the walls in the bathroom and room. Our family would stay here again in the future. Cassidi was also gracious to let us check in early but we were a later evening arrival! Thanks!

Great spot overall, highly recommend for a place that feels like it’s in the more lived in neighborhoods rather than the tourist trap areas. Only problem is I was under the impression that the hot tub was private but that might have just been my own fault for not looking at the pictures provided very thoroughly. The host was great as well, very responsive and helpful!

Nice accommodations on a budget. The host was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was useful, with a nice size refrigerator and a very useful knife block. All appliances worked well. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The apartment was clean. The minor maintenance issues were addressed promptly. There were only a couple things that were disappointing. This is a 4 unit building and the hot tub I was looking forward to is shared by all 4 units in the common back yard. The sofa is rather low and very soft. Senior citizens will have trouble getting out of it. There is no tv in the bedroom. Hubby likes to watch tv at the end of the day. All in all, I would say it’s a decent, quiet place, convenient to downtown. Cassidi was an exceptionally pleasant and responsive host!

This place worked great for my husband and myself while in Moab for four nights. There was only one drawback of this place— the beds were VERY soft (as in, not supportive), so my back had a hard time here. However, other than that, it was ideal and had everything we look for in a rental. The location is perfect for Moab— quiet and away from the crazy busy Main Street, but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants, bakeries, icecream, and cafes. The back patio was private and was the perfect place to have our morning coffee while listening to the birds, and we even used the grill one night to cook our dinner to eat out there— so pleasant. Would recommend for anyone ok with very soft beds.

Not fancy but a great little place just a short walk from the main strip. We loved the hot tub. You can hear the neighboring rooms when they're showering, flushing the toilets, etc. \nIt is close to Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse and Utahraptor parks. Good place for a couple to stay.

Cute little stay. Convenient location close to town. Very cozy. Stayed for 2 nights. Beds were a bit springy and made it a little hard to sleep (used to a firmer bed at home) other than that everything was great. Hot tub was a nice touch to relax during the cool evening. Cassidi responded quickly.

Simple spot to crash while exploring the surrounding area. Convenient location to the sights near by. The beds were decent in the bedroom, but the sofa sleeper felt beyond uncomfortable. I don’t expect much from a sofa bed, but as the one who used it for the duration of the stay, it was much worse than expected. Had to put an inflatable camping mat on top to make it bearable. Otherwise, it has all the essentials for a quick trip.

We loved our stay at Cassidi’s. The neighborhood was close enough to Main Street for easy access to restaurants and everything Moab has to offer, but far enough from the noise to be completely quiet. It’s a beautiful area surrounded by trees and those beautiful red cliffs that Moab is famous for. Going out and adventuring during the day and then having Cassidi’s place to call home at night for relaxing, made our anniversary weekend very memorable. We will DEFINITELY be returning. Thank you!
