Very nice place with convenient parking right by the door. Clean, uncluttered and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Heads up that the fridge/freezer is a "3/4 size" rather than full size. Plenty of kitchen equipment (pots, pans, kinives, etc.). Only place to eat is a counter near the kitchen; we found the bar stools uncomfotable. Shower stall is a bit small but usable and water pressure is fine.

PROS: The place worked well for our family of 4, since I like having a full kitchen. Parking was easy, everything was clean, and the hottub was a big plus. Yard was nice extra space for the littles. I generally recommend it if you don’t need luxury. CONS: We prob just stayed a few nights too long. Fine for a short stay. But not a great mattress, if you’re picky about that. Needed more towels. We had an issue, and the help services seemed to not really coordinate well to actually fix it. But. Pretty sure it was priced competitively given the crazy market in the area, so, it evens out.

Cassidi’s place was at a great location for exploring Arches and Canyonlands, there were a lot of great restaurants around and the area was quiet and peaceful. The bathroom was the only thing that was a little annoying as with 2+ people a sliding door wasn’t the most private. The kitchen was very spacious and was well stocked and nice to have for a few nights stay. Would recommend a stay here :)

Clean interior, nice shared backyard\n\nOnly thing was we were really interested in the hot tub, but Sundays are the day they refill them... and that was when we booked. (it also was turned off by accident during the cleaning so was not even reheating)\n\nGreat stay - I would just note that if you are renting on a Sunday and are interested in the hot tub, I would confirm first with the host!

The full bathroom off the bedroom and kitchen off the living room completed the indoor space with an outdoor area and hot tub accessible through the bedroom. This was the perfect place to stay both before and after my race just outside of Moab. Grateful for a kitchen to cook food I was familiar with the night before, and grateful for a comfy bed to rest in both before and after. Also very walkable to a nearby healthy food co-op for a few things that I had forgotten to pack. Peaceful and pretty surroundings as well. Would definitely stay again if back in Moab!

When you pull in, it’s right in front of your door. Easy load/unload This place was definitely clean. The hot tub was also very clean and worked well. We used it every night. Even though it was shared, every time we went out, we had it to ourselves. There are 2 gas grills in the back area and they are well maintained and clean. It was nice to grill food in the back area, although there were no steak knives for our steaks. The kitchen is small but functional. The toaster was hard to use because it doesn’t pop up when it’s done so you have to unplug it and get a fork to get your toast out. If you are cooking a lot of your meals you will need to bring supplies with you. Some scissors, tongs ans steak knives would have been nice. The beds are decent. The shower is tight and the bathroom is small. There was little space for toiletries. It would be nice to have a caddy over the toilet. Cassidi was definitely responsive and helpful with an issue. Much appreciated.

Solid value and apparently popular at the price in mid Sept. Air conditioning is inadequate for the bedroom, needs a fan to move air from sparse main room. No table to share a meal at. Bathroom is a tad “rugged” Plenty of materials left for clients to use for cleaning up. Clean and very quiet. Is one of four efficiency apartments connected in one 60s era building. Hot tub is shared. Good for guys looking for value who need a clean cheapish place to stay and prep simple meals. Salt pepper coffee and Canola oil are provided. Freezer works well.

We had a very nice stay. We felt safe, and we were able to walk to Main St. within a few minutes. The unit is uncluttered, which is nice, and brightly painted, which is also great, because it is a multi-family dwelling and windows are only in the front and in the back (no side windows). We would definitely come back. Cassidi was very responsive, even offered early check-in, as the unit had been cleaned and was ready to go. Thank you.

My only suggestion would be to have sheers in addition to the curtains throughout to ensure more privacy, as there were tiny gaps. That being said, I would still choose this lovely abode again and again! Cassidi was truly a superhost and I didn’t even have to ask any questions as all the information I needed was communicated immediately upon booking. Thanks for a great stay, Cassidi!!! Can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay was wonderful! The place is adorable and the backyard is so nice and quiet. The whole neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We were still close enough to all the restaurants and shopping that it was convenient. We were only 10 miles or so from the entrance to Arches and maybe 15 or less from there to Canyonlands! We would definitely stay there again!

Place is perfect for a family. It is within a mile of downtown Moab and 30 minutes of both Arches and The Island in the Sky District of Canyonlands National Parks. The unit is equipped with a kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils, a sofa bed, and a bedroom with 2 queen size beds. There is also a hot tub in the backyard which is perfect after a long day of hiking at the national parks.

my husband and I were visiting Arches and stayed here because it beat the rates of the hotels and you get all the benefits of an Airbnb. Cassidi was very responsive. We were hauling a small trailer with our adventure bike on it and were able to park it easily. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking Arches. it was clean and worked perfectly. The whole place was clean and everything we needed was available, shampoo, shower gel, extra blanket, fan etc. We found it to be an easy walk to nearby restaurants (10-15 minutes) and also near a grocery store so we could pick up groceries. the neighborhood was cute and quiet, very comfortable place to stay. They had a Roku TV so we were able to watch our show on Netflix. always a plus. I would stay here again!

This was a very comfortable spot to stay in Moab while working remote . I would definitely stay again! I do recommend bringing your own knife/spices etc. if you intend to do a lot of cooking. The knives that are provided are very dull. We were camping for a few days beforehand, so had a lot of our kitchen stuff with us.

Cassidi's place was great! It was a good spot (not quite walkable to town but a very quick drive) and very quiet. We didn't use the backyard or the hot tub but the yard looked nice! Everything was very clean and the kitchen had all of the appliances we needed to cook meals. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a perfect little stay in Moab. We booked it last minute the day before and Cassidi was very responsive with getting us all the info we needed. The listing is just as it looks and had everything we needed for two nights in Moab. The location is perfect right up the block from main street. The hot tub is shared with the other few units which we did not realize but it worked out great and was plenty big and was great after some January hiking! I would definitely stay here again if I was coming through Moab.
